NoCheatPlus

Detect and fight the exploitation of various flaws/bugs in Minecraft!
Introduction
NoCheatPlus attempts to prevent cheat clients from exploiting weaknesses of Minecraft or its protocol, making your server more safe. Checks cover a wide range of issues including flying and speeding, fighting hacks, fast block breaking and nukers, inventory hacks, chat spam and other types of malicious behaviour. For a more complete list have a look at the Features Page.
NoCheatPlus puts emphasis on configurability and allows you to customize actions that are carried out when a player fails a check (e.g. silent cancelling, executing commands, just logging). Bypass permissions allow to control what check to apply for which players, all checks can be deactivated in the configuration, also having the option for world-specific configuration files. Many checks allow more detailed configuration to adjust sensitivity.
Certainly NoCheatPlus is not a magical bullet, it uses a lot of heuristics and even guessing, so you will encounter false positives here and there and also not catch every single violation. Example video of how NoCheatPlus blocks cheats (outdated plugin version).
NoCheatPlus was introduced by NeatMonster, building on the code base of NoCheat by Evenprime.

The following plugins might be useful to have a look at.
ProtocolLib
Allows NoCheatPlus to activate packet-level checks, covering a range of exploits that can't be monitored using ordinary means. Since roughly Minecraft 1.7.10, the fight.speed check can't work as expected anymore, due to changes in CraftBukkit. With ProtocolLib this can be repaired.
CompatNoCheatPlus (cncp)
Make plugins like mcMMO or MachinaCraft more compatbile with NoCheatPlus. Not all existing plugins are covered (yet), but you can leave a note or create an issue/ticket request for cncp. Phasing out: Citizens 2 should work with NCP out of the box, MagicSpells are working on compatibility too - rest will be integrated into NCP.
Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator fights all sorts of X-ray-hacks by altering the map information that is sent to the players, such that they have to mine blocks to actually reveal what is behind. Virtually a "must have". (Latest versions of Spigot contain features of Orebfuscator.)

- Do not download from any other source, do not use jars other people send you.

I have ProtocolLib and Compatnocheatplus and the issue is going from sprinting and then jumping into fly mode it pulls them back.

Usually we need the basic information as "/ncp version" would output, in order to judge quickly. Things strongly depend on the versions in use...
Currently i'd recommend:
Edit: Apart from version, the issue is with switching from sprinting normally (+jumping possibly) to flying?

Posted Dec 23, 2015Hey, I've recently just gotten nocheatplus and love that it stops alot of hacking and whatnot, but my users on my server are glitching when they sprint and then go to fly.. this is in creative mode and in /fly so it is unfair that it pulls them back when they aren't even hacking
Does anyone know how to fix this? would be really appreciated.

Do you have combat tag or other npc plugins with player-npcs?
What version of Minecraft are you running? For 1.7.10 and later you might just set suppresswarnings to true in the configuration (somwhere around consistency checking stuff).

Im just trying to improve my server performance overall, and nocheatplus is one of the heaviest I have.

I have around 32 people online. My max is like 50 but that only happens in weekends.

Not that i would know of. 0.0k is not a high number, despite 70 ms being a lot per se, you can have hundreds of milliseconds for an event randomly, so this doesn't say too much.
Do you have timings for more busy hours (more than 1.0 k... depending on server size, at least > 0.2 k)?

Posted Dec 12, 2015It's great to see all of the updates being added. I check the Dev builds on Jenkins every single day cause I know you guys dish out some HQ updates. I've used NCP since the start of my server and it nevers does me wrong. If there's something wrong ever, it normally gets patched the next day :) Good work guys and keep it up!

Please report your issues as a ticket (either GitHub or BukkitDev).
Don't forget to include information like..
If you don't use latest beta/dev builds, you should retest with those. In general we do need information on what fails with what effect and what level of effect.
There are a few odds and ends with effects, such as high slowness levels allowing to sprint as if it was the lowest slowness level, but one virtually can't move without sprinting. So we do need to know the effect levels that pose problems.

Posted Dec 12, 2015Hello, I've been having problems with NoCheat+ preventing players from sprint jumping when they have extremely low jump boost (-10 to not allow jumping) or high jump boost (2+) and/or speed/slowness. They get teleported back as if they were trying to speed and/or fly hack.
We found a solution for this before, but that required us to turn off the anti-fly hack check and caused for a lot of fly hackers. Is there anything else we could do to solve this problem?

First off, check what is kicking the players.
Violation loops are problematic, we will have to do something about those, though this likely is just a false positive, which we should simply fix. Will check how/if to alter the on-ground judgement (possibly related Ticket dbo 730 GitHub 30).

Posted Dec 10, 2015Hello I need help configuring this to work with Skyblock what do i mean?
well when players mine on a Cobblestone generator they get stuck in the block when it generates and they get kicked for "flying is not enabled" or when they are in the water source of the cobble gen and was wondering how do i make it so its less kickable for reasons like this but still block fly?
and they cant join back the server anymore because as soon as they join they give kicked for flying
