Commands:
- /ncb reload Reload the config
- /ncb set <format> Set the format
- You can also use /nochatbrackets <command>
Permissions:
- ncb.cmd Access to the commands
How to use:
Put it in your plugins folder and talk in chat!
Configuration:
- %name% is replaces to the players display name meaning this works with permission plugins
- %world% is replaced to the players world name
- %message% is replaced the the message
- chat colors are supported! Click here to see them

I can't seem to recreate that error:
And ok, I can do that. It would lead me to players not being able to have a colored chat at all, (the way I do it). I might have to figure it out. I'll play around for a bit and let you know

Since this plugin is new, don't criticize. New plugin developers are trying their best to creat simple plugins such as this one. Also, some of the chat manager plugins are not compatible and/or not updated to minecraft 1.6.2 - 1.6.4
