Agreed to this comment. There's been a lot of recent plugins I've seen that are basically recreating features that are already in Minecraft. I see no purpose in making them :P
I think if you take Oct0ber's suggestion of a block blacklist / whitelist, perhaps some permissions to override said lists, and maybe even some WorldEdit-related support for specific areas not being editable. Then perhaps some people may be interested in it ^-^ Keep up the work though, I hope to see some more functionality from this plugin
