An update for 1.7 would be cool, I plan on using this if it still works! :D Anyway you can make the command and a separate permission for toggling just the users nofalldmg, and require a different permission for the <player> variable?

Works fine for me, I'm using Bukkit 1.5.2
One quirk is that when you enable NoFallDamage it actually says "No Fall Damage toggled off for <player_name>" and then you turn NoFallDamage off it says "No Fall Damage toggled on for <player_name>" so that's backwards, but the plugin works.. Just make sure the plugin is telling you that it's toggled off, and that'll mean your No Fall Damage is active :)
