<center>Are you tired of users constantly "TYPING LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME"? well now you can get rid of those silly caps with our plugin! </center>
This plugin will bassically force all users to speak in lower case. It does not block the person if they speak with upper case, it just converts it all to lower case no matter how many attempts they make to speak in upper case. As an additional feature for those grammar-lovers I've made it so that it will force the first letter of every message to be in upper-case but the rest lowercase. I hope you enjoy....

Installation:
Download here!- Download the NoCaps.jar
- Drag the NoCaps.jar to your plugins folder.
- Restart your server.
- Done

It's because you're NOT meant to give people the Permission, that allows people to type in Caps, so give that to Admins and people like that, hope this helped!
