NBTEditor
NBTEditor allows easy customization of many aspects of Minecraft, through the modification of NBT tags, on Spigot and CraftBukkit servers. Creating custom potions and tools with powerful enchantments is as easy as running a few commands. And with the help of the Book of Souls, it's possible to create highly complex entities and spawners with ease.
Features include:
- Robust system to edit of all entities and spawners using a book based UI (Book of Souls);
- Conversion entities into '/summon' commands;
- Customization of items (name, lore, unbreakable, modifiers, colors on leather armor etc.);
- Item enchanting with no limits;
- Creation of custom potions;
- Conversion of items into '/give' commands;
- Tile customization (spawners, beacons, chests etc.);
- Conversion of tiles into '/setblock' commands;

Edit now, spawn later: The Book of Souls is most powerful feature of the NBTEditor, it allows for easy entity customization. Create bosses, custom villagers, flying creepers or anything you like. No data files, no one-time customization, just keep the book safe and you can spawn as many entities as you like.
Included is also an 'Item Storage' command to keep track of your Books of Souls and other edited items.
The variable system used by the NBTEditor ensures that only valid NBT changes are performed while providing a standard way to make those changes. Arbitrary NBT modifications are not possible.


All Items, Entities and Spawners are fully compatible with the Vanilla Minecraft!

Global Statistics
On version 2.0 the NBTEditor started using MCStats for usage statistics. MCStats is now offline.
Since version 3.0, bStats is used to gather general usage statistics. You can read here about bStats, what data is sent, and how to opt-out from sending statistics from your server.

It is possible (and easy) to create custom drops with plugins. But it falls outside the scope of this plugin. The NBTEditor is intended to be fully compatible with vanilla Minecraft (all mobs, items and spawners, once created, work exactly the same, with or without the plugin).
On the Herobrine's mansion map (or any other vanilla map) mobs cannot drop items other then the equipment.
But don't forget, you can equip any mob with any item. If you kill a silverfish holding a diamond, the diamond will drop (if you set the drop chance).

You can make it drop something that isn't on the head, chest, legs, feet, and hand. Hypixel does this in his map Herobrine's mansion.And ZariusT has created a plugin called OtherDrops which you can set a mob to drop anything.Edit: The mob has to have the item to drop it for vanilla minecraft. You could hook into OtherDrops to enable players to make the mob drop whatever they want it to.
Could you make it so you can set a mob to spawn naturally, and set which biome they spawn in?

No, it is not possible for mobs to drop other items.

No, you cannot store items on a database/file, but seeing that several people already asked this, I may add it in the future. You can always save copies of items in chests (safer way), use middle mouse button in creative or /more with Essentials.

If a renamed item gets it name reset when used to attack a mob, then something is not right, I cannot replicate this! Please provide more information. Arrows, when shot, do not preserve the name. The name is individual for each stack of items, not for all items on the server.

also i have another question, when i set the Material (Arrow/Blaze Rod/Stick) display name to something.. and then use it to attack mob, the Material is just dissapear, but its not happen when i just add some lores
how to prevent this?

Unfortunately there is nothing i can do, I wrote about that on the FAQ, Bukkit does not like that. That feature is just there because someone can find it useful for Adventure Maps (the vanilla Minecraft does not remove the glow).

Official dev.bukkit.org download is awaiting approval.
The documentation still does not reflect the new changes. I'll change that eventually.

is it possible for you to add the possibility to create more villager offers than 9? Because I'm creating a mall with plenty of villagers, so it would be very nice if I haven't to "use" a new villager for every new 9 offers :)

please realize that this plugin is meant to be as fully compatible with vanilla as possible, so that is not possible. please understand what NBT tags can and cannot do before requesting a new feature.
