nBricks
nBricks allows you to craft nether bricks, fences and stairs! Thats it! Extremely simple!
Setup
- Copy to your /plugins folder
- Start sever to get config.yml file
- Edit config file and you are good to go

The new versions of CraftBukkit API allow you to do addRecipe();
