MyZ
What is MyZ?
MyZ is not simply a Bukkit plugin. It is a complete re-imagination of Minecraft. Featuring a highly immersive new gamemode, MyZ aims to emulate and enhance a combination of DayZ and MineZ. With new mobs, items, chat features and more, MyZ has a lot to boast about and nearly endless opportunities.
Survive and prosper in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Be careful though - you'll have to pay close attention to your hunger, health, thirst, visibility and temperature. Not to mention the enhanced undead mobs and bosses. When you die - and you will die - become a zombie, or a ghost and get a second chance at surviving.

Posted Jun 19, 2013I can't seem to get zombies to spawn on the minez world. Does anyone know if there is currently a plugin conflict for spawning or something that needs to be configured.

If so, do these chests re-spawn after a certain time?

Posted Jun 19, 2013This might sound silly. But in your latest update, something about zombies seems so much harder. Have you altered their hit range or time between their hits? They're annihilating people, but their damage, speed and pull is all the same :(
EDIT : Sorry, I think I have fixed this problem. I believe it was to do with me changing the difficulty in the server properties.

Posted Jun 19, 2013Im trying to connect to my MySQL server but it´s not working the plugin says: Must specify port after ":" but I´m using the default port and the plugin will print out the same exception if I dont use the default port (3306). The default port works for other plugins also...
What am I doing wrong?

Posted Jun 19, 2013I thinks have a crush on you. Jk. However, I do believe that THIS IS THE BEST PLUGIN EVAAAAA!!!!!!!! Not trying to criticize or insult, but you are missing a few things: - configurable zombies (spawn in packs, health, speed, damage) - humanity levels (bandit, survivor, or healer [or medic, idk] custom helmets for different humanity levels) - sunproof zombies - ONLY zombies - idk if you already have this, but multiworld support would be nice - maybe a custom backpack item, like a ender chest that can open in inventory??
ANYWAY, KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!!!!! THIS IS THE BEST PLUGIN ON BUKKIT!!!!!

Don't reload & try setting your deathban to 0 seconds as well including when you put it to false.

And for the config im doing it right ..i think :( And when ever remove the false next to the Deathban:(SPACE)false and /reload the server everything works perfect again and /myz help shows up and works! :( its either a weird bug or im doing something dumb :(

Due to the way Minecraft is configured, logging out and back in by default saves your inventory... If you have multiworld, this is not the case. I will possibly add this in the future.

Can you explain how it "breaks" the plugin? First of all, are you sure the spacing is correct? Improper line spacing will break it. Otherwise, I can't see why this would cause the plugin to crash.

You could request a developer to make a chest plugin to fill your needs, but otherwise, you'll have to do it manually, unfortunately. I wish I could help you more.

Posted Jun 18, 2013Great plugin, working like a charm.
I have one concern though...how can I have loots exactly like the current MineZ? (In example, north chests have rare drops).
I'm using the MineZ Chest plug-in but they make all chests the same.
Do I have to manually do it myself or is there another way?
I just spent 3 hours manually doing it myself and I've covered about 7% of the chests on the map...

I always just put the deathban @ 0 seconds and it fixes my issue with it. It just sends them back to spawn.

Deathban: false SECONDS: 30 # Time in seconds to be banned from joining.
So i try that and it breaks the plugin again... Then i try no spaces and it still breaks the plugin.. :( please help
