What is MyZ?

MyZ is not simply a Bukkit plugin. It is a complete re-imagination of Minecraft. Featuring a highly immersive new gamemode, MyZ aims to emulate and enhance a combination of DayZ and MineZ. With new mobs, items, chat features and more, MyZ has a lot to boast about and nearly endless opportunities.

Survive and prosper in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Be careful though - you'll have to pay close attention to your hunger, health, thirst, visibility and temperature. Not to mention the enhanced undead mobs and bosses. When you die - and you will die - become a zombie, or a ghost and get a second chance at surviving.

People still spawn in the survival world when they die in the minez world and I've already tried using the plug-in that @Anthonymcgowan suggested. I want players to be able to ACTUALLY TAKE the items from a chest and leave the other items that they don't want in it. The chest they TOUCH BREAKS and drops ALL of the items in it.

That still didn't resolve the issue but I noticed something:
When I change flipped the -835 and -853 around to this like you said:
MIN_X: -853
MIN_Y: 16
MIN_Z: 221
MAX_X: -835
MAX_Y: 56
MAX_Z: 280
It crashes the plugin

However with this:
MIN_X: -835
MIN_Y: 16
MIN_Z: 221
MAX_X: -853
MAX_Y: 56
MAX_Z: 280
It just says I'm not close enough to spawn
(I tested the Y-Axis increase as well)

Just a quick bug im having! People can't seem to open Enchantment Tables and Anvils without op! Couldn't find the opton in the config so I was hopeing you know what the problem is? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Found out only people with "MyZ.build" can enter enchantment tables and anvils. Fixed.

Z = MineZ world (Where the plugin is activated) X = Other worlds

When I'm in the world X players in the world Z can read what I say in the world X, but when I'm in the world Z players can't read what I say in the world X.

So, is not a way to not see in the world Z what players say in world X ?

Not sure, try using /myz spawn and tell me what it says.

Hmmm... Try making the area bigger in the y-axis, ensuring you're within 3 blocks on every edge and spawning.

I rotated it like you said but it still doesn't work:

Spawn:
SPAWNPOINT: -844, 29, 241, 0 # World spawnpoint for players. Formatted X, Y, Z, f where 'f' is the yaw (see f below z in f3 menu of Minecraft)
AREA: # Spawning area. Players within this cuboid region are considered to not have spawned yet and will be able to /mz spawn.
MIN_X: -853
MIN_Y: 26
MIN_Z: 221
MAX_X: -835
MAX_Y: 40

Hey I downloaded this plugin and was wondering after I put it into my servers plugins folder and reloaded the server its not even showing that the plugin made the folder in my plugins folder help pls?

Hey Teeepee I was having some trouble with your plugin. So far it has been great but all of a sudden when I try to do /mz in game it says an internal error has occurred while attempting to preform this command. If you have any ideas please help me. The server i run has about 200-350 people on at a time if that helps. Thanks.

Thanks! And yes, @Anthonymcgowan 's suggestion for MineZ chests is much easier to use and perhaps better than Loot.

Mob Spawning in and of itself is fairly complicated. Here's the general flow of it:

Cancel if in spawn area
Cancel if in world guard protected area
Skip modifications if mob is a villager or wolf
Create Giant if spawned from a mooshroom egg
Cancel if spawning on a banned spawn block
If cow, pig or wolf, skip modifications if a random between 0 and the rarity factor resolves to 1
If chicken, replace with villager if a random between 0 and the rarity factor resolves to 1
If north of pigman spawn z and a random between 0 and the rarity resolves to 1, spawn a pigman instead
Replace any mob other than squids and bats with a weighted random mob. It decides the random by generating a random number between 0 and 100, anything larger than 4 is a zombie, 4 is a pig, 3 is a cow, 2 is a wolf, 1 is a villager

The spawning of players is denied if there is a player within 20 blocks that is not a friended player. If a spawnpoint wasn't specified, a new one will simply be selected.

Achievements do not work yet.

When you say "NPC's", do you mean NPC's separate from MyZ? Such as Guard NPC's etc.? As for EpicBoss, my plugin is probably trying to replace these bosses with a Citizens version of the boss (which obviously will not work :)) I'll fix this.

I'm having some issues with Citizens. All my NPC's, once killed, won't respawn and get permanently deleted. I have confirmed that this is caused by MyZ. I apologize if this is just a simple configuration error on my part somewhere in your plug-in, but I just can't seem to find it if thats the case.

On another note. Epic Boss won't function properly with this plug-in. I'm assuming it's somewhat of the same issue with Citizens. Everything acts as if it works properly but the bosses are "invisible".

Wow! Your latest update works great! :D I'll be adding it to my server very soon, I can't thank you enough! :)

Here's a few minor things we have found :

Grenades aren't doing any damage to mobs. But when they hit a player, it's a 1 hit kill.
TPS drop when a player dies and turns into a zombie :(
Giants have an infinite amount of health maybe ?
Fishing rod durability per use is still incorrect.
Durability on start gear is still incorrect.
Kill another player with either an arrow or grenade doesn't count towards your player kills.

A few suggestions :

Could we please get suffix customization as well please, this would be amazing :D
Could we have an option to customize the ender eye suffix message as well, perhaps even per channel? For example; Channel[Alpha], Channel[Bravo] ect.
Can we customize the chance of a broken leg upon taking fall damage.
Customizable mob drop loot would be awesome, animals drop flesh by the way :) T'hee.
Could we get customizable options to change the power value for both horizontal and vertical power on a grappling hook. In my opinion it shoots you way to high, and not forward enough. Allowing users to change this would be fantastic :3

Questions :

Are achievements suppose to be working :)?
Do animals spawn using the same mechanics as that of the zombies? Since I use a rarity lower than the zombies, and still, very few to none spawn. I'de like some info on how this works :)
Can you not spawn at the same location twice within a set period of time? I wasn't sure if this was the case when I received the COULD_NOT_SPAWN message. But if so, thats awesome! Could we have an option to change the time period needed.
