What is MyZ?
MyZ is not simply a Bukkit plugin. It is a complete re-imagination of Minecraft. Featuring a highly immersive new gamemode, MyZ aims to emulate and enhance a combination of DayZ and MineZ. With new mobs, items, chat features and more, MyZ has a lot to boast about and nearly endless opportunities.
Survive and prosper in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Be careful though - you'll have to pay close attention to your hunger, health, thirst, visibility and temperature. Not to mention the enhanced undead mobs and bosses. When you die - and you will die - become a zombie, or a ghost and get a second chance at surviving.

Posted Feb 9, 2014Next release will feature a couple awesome new additions.
First, players are able to right-click graves with bones to hide in them. Graves are defined as cobble-walls (or mossy-cobble-walls) shapes as a cross. Under the base should be soul sand followed by two air slots. See this image for an example. When the grave is right clicked, the player is teleported to the area under the grave and given night vision. Right click the soul sand to unhide. Good for sneaky maneuvers.
Second, and perhaps most excitingly, is the ability to make your server available to every playerbase out there. Instead of one localizable file, there is 64. Draft up a locale for it and users will receive MyZ information in their Minecraft language. Anything that comes from MyZ will be specially selected from the language that each player uses. By default, there's only an English and pirate-speak file populated. I'll need translators for the other 62 languages.

Thanks Crafty! I spent literally all of yesterday layout out and testing the new site. It has a few less features than the old one, but if I can figure out how to change the data in the table at the click of a button, that will be solved :)
As for your suggestions...
playerdata.yml is deprecated. When you start up a server running a current version of MyZ, it will convert the playerdata file into individual yaml files per-player in a folder called /MyZ-3/data/. I'll look at it again because last I tested it was working, but I possibly goofed it up. If stats aren't saving, bleeding and sickness wouldn't be saved therefore wouldn't work.
I'll look at player zombies again too :)

Loving the new website! It looks fantastic! When I get a chance, I'll try and design some background images for it :) Also, the clan idea sounds pretty sweet :)
A few things with the new update I've come across :
I understand this has been mentioned before, but I'm not sure if it was supposed to be fixed or not :)... When testing it without a MySql database connected, a few things happen (regardless if server saves unranked players):

Just put the input item into the crafting menu with the dyes to retrieve the medical kit. You can just right click to use the kit or right click someone to use it on them.

Make sure if you're using MySQL that you have entered the data exactly as you have received it from your hosting provider. If you're not using MySQL, you can ignore the errors.

Add one block to the block break list (in the config) and then change it's TYPE value from whatever the all-caps value is to AIR. In the next version, this will override the system :)

Okay :) remember you can use your hostile mob spawn rate and limit settings in bukkit.yml like you would on a non-MyZ server to modify rates that way too.

You can make ranks via. The saverank command. This affects the chat prefix and the players abilities in MyZ such as numbered spawn, etc.
As for player inventories, can you describe the problem better so I can look into it?

Unfortunately, packet changes from 1.6.4 to 1.7.2 were immense and there is simply no feasible way to support both. Although many server mods may not be officially listed as compatible with 1.7.2, many are. The only ones that won't be are the mods containing NMS calls (which are fairly sparse in comparison).
