What is MyZ?
MyZ is not simply a Bukkit plugin. It is a complete re-imagination of Minecraft. Featuring a highly immersive new gamemode, MyZ aims to emulate and enhance a combination of DayZ and MineZ. With new mobs, items, chat features and more, MyZ has a lot to boast about and nearly endless opportunities.
Survive and prosper in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Be careful though - you'll have to pay close attention to your hunger, health, thirst, visibility and temperature. Not to mention the enhanced undead mobs and bosses. When you die - and you will die - become a zombie, or a ghost and get a second chance at surviving.

Posted Jan 14, 2014I'm submitting the latest version now, as promised.
See the update log for all significant changes. Keep in mind that while you are able to create lootsets and add chests to the active MyZ chests, they will not actually respawn with the items. This is the last step in the chest implementation process and will come in the next release. In the meantime, you can scan for chests, create lootsets and apply them to chests.

The lobby region should be working. I think I noticed you solved it in a more recent comment (sorry, I missed this comment before!)
Naming items has been detailed in the later comments.
You need to download m2e (maven2eclipse) to open it with Eclipse. It's a really useful plugin.

The antiseptic and ointment are dyes. By default, the antiseptic is lime dye and the ointment is red dye. You can change this by changing the in the config.
Going underwater replenishes thirst.

If by antibiotic you mean Med-Kit, take this example.
You want to get the default First Aid Kit. You put the input item into the crafting menu (a brick) along with the required number of antiseptic and ointment dyes (both 0 in this case) and you can retrieve the output item (a nether brick) which gives the effects when right clicked.
Grappling hook is going to be re-added eventually. Blindness should already be a effect when infected but if it isn't, I'll add it.
Since it's already possible to name the items before handing them out, there will not be a name override. Simply name the item before you create the kit or lootset (once chest support is uploaded)

and can there be a grappling hook added.
i also cant figure out the antibotic, wouldnt be easier to just make the item when clicked give the effect.
and what about adding blindess effect when infected.

The savemedkit command saves a MedKit so you don't have to modify the values yourself. The input item is the item the player must put in the crafting recipe and the output item is the item they get back.
To get thirst from eating, change the thirst value to a larger number.
For example, thirst: 10 will give the player 10 thirst points when they eat the food.

what does the antiseptic and ointment mean? How can i find/craft it?
All medi packs have the same Items?! is this right? What do u mean with Input and Output?
and how can i still my thirsty? with the food? example?

I'm implementing a ton of fixes as well as reimplementing the custom mob damage. A ton of suggestions from yourself and others are also being implemented (see previous comments). Also I'm implementing a chest support feature which is almost done. It will have a scanner so that you can easily locate all the chests in your game play area as well as the usual custom lootset creation for chest stocking.
It's nearing completion and should be done by Wednesday, time permitting. Again, this past week has been immensely busy for me.

You can easily name these items before giving them to players with vanilla Minecraft nametags. Spawning is being worked on but ItemStack limitations can be found in StackableItems (linked above)

Posted Jan 13, 2014A few things that should be added, custom item names such as bandages and medical sissors. i really feel this is key as it just saying paper, takes away from the feel of the game,
item stacking limitations
zombie spawn points to make areas harder.

TeeePeee is implementing a chest system into the MyZ plugin :) Because the old chest plugin will not be continued any more, he decided to take that project and implement it in to his plugin. It's gonna be amazing.

You have to select the lobby region and create it, before trying to join anything. Simply select an area with Worldguard and then do /setlobby. You should be set then :)

Posted Jan 13, 2014i have a few questions for one when i set lobby , then do /start it says to far from the lobby
does the region need to be named lobby.
2nd is there any way to actually make the item say what it is ,, for xample paper will say bandage,
for the ppl who never played a minez.
and 3rd the source is open , but when i try to add it to eclipse its a maven source how do i import it to work on the java i never messed around with maven.

Posted Jan 13, 2014I found a minor bug. Whenever you join the MineZ game and kill zombies, they wont count. Whenever i kill them, doesn't matter how much, it still says i've only killed one zombie. So it doesn't count the Zombie killcount.
I'm also really excited for the Chests feature you're going to implement. Any progress yet? :D
