Separate inventories?
Yes, MyWorlds now supports per-world inventories. This feature is by default disabled, to enable it, set useWorldInventories to true in the config.yml. By default no worlds share inventories and player inventories are saved and loaded per world. To share inventories, use /world inventory merge followed up by the world names to merge. Split (or detach) gives all worlds specified a separate non-shared inventory. You can use /world inventory enable or disable to disable inventories for worlds. Enabled inventories will save data, disabled won't and result in all items being cleared.
Advice for having plugin-generated or flat worlds
The main world loads (and generates) before My Worlds enables. The Bukkit plugin architecture makes it impossible to load My Worlds before worlds load, since that causes some other incompatibilities. Anyway, if you want to have a 'main' world that is not a nether/the_end/overworld Vanilla world, you will have to do the following:
- Set up the main world to be anything you like (even if you don't use it on your server...you need one)
- Create a new world for the world type you want (flatworld, custom chunk generator, etc.)
- Stop the server and open up the config.yml of MyWorlds
- Change 'mainWorld' to your newly created custom world
- Start the server again and notice how new players join your custom world
- Optionally: disable the 'keep spawn in memory' for the 'server' main worlds (you are not using)
Just to avoid any confusions: it is impossible to let My Worlds alter or replace the main worlds generated by the server. If there is any fix to this or you know 'some way' to do it, let us know. We do consider halting the server enabling process asking for you to create the main worlds, after which enabling continues as usual. But for this, we need to disable the default main worlds from loading up.

Disclaimer (because things CAN go wrong)
I am not responsible for world damages done by this plugin or by certain commands this plugin performs. If you, for example, loaded 20 worlds and hosted it on a buggy computer with 30 players, odds are the server (and your computer) will crash and worlds become corrupted. Repair can fix worlds, but this does not recover damaged chunks, so don't think you are always covered. Also, never forget to make backups of your worlds, but I guess this is common sense... Just a warning for those that blame their own mistakes on the plugin developer :)

This plugin sends server count statistics to MCStats.org. You can (globally) opt out in the PluginMetrics/config.yml file.

ive switched to another plugin now, but i can tell you i had it whenever a player used /tpp <world> or /spawn (from essentials spawn)
also seemed to happen randomly while they were jumping/running around

Posted Nov 6, 2012@archlinux Still? Sigh. Is this only after teleporting through a nether gate, or also when teleporting using any other type of plugin? Or using /tpp? Or when first joining? Joining all the time?
I couldn't reproduce any of it on my test server, only on anothers' server I could test ir properly, and it was fixed there. A bit annoying that it is still happening now...

Do want confirmation from all of you that this is really fixed to be sure I can leave this behind me.

Posted Nov 4, 2012General notice: I still need to fix the annoying void teleport problem. Still trying to reproduce it, but it appears to be a mix of Bukkit bugs and an event in MyWorlds. I'll upload v1.54 once this bug is fixed, as it is very very annoying.

Posted Nov 4, 2012@MrMime22 Are you using that beta build I uploaded before? Because I asked people that still had it to report it, but it's not clear from your post whether you are using the one found here or the one I uploaded on dropbox.
I'm fixing up the creation/loading nether/the_end/whatever bugs, I found the cause and it was well hidden because it was in BKCommonLib..partly. Basically, it started loading the default world properties from other worlds, which caused the world mode to become set as a default, which was not allowed to happen.
@MrRhino27 That is a thing I added because it was requested. It is to allow nether gates to work semi-normal.

Posted Nov 3, 2012This is by far one of my favorite plugins, and my server is dependent on it. Thank you for all your hard work. With the recent update though, I have been having the same problems as @masix . Whenever I load a world, and spawn into it, it just takes me to the end. When I type /world info, it says the world's internal name is the end. Is there something I did wrong? Please help :D

I am having the same issue as @edinanielsen. I am using GroupManage to handle permissions and it is still functioning correctly with everything else. PermissionDefaults.yml gives all perms to OP, correct? I am the OP of my server. I also have the latest BKCommonLib (1.33) build. I even added into GroupManager the MyWorlds permissions (for me, op) I was trying to use and still I got the same error as edinanielsen. I was trying to use spawn in another world and check the worlds list, neither of which worked.
EDIT: Worth noting that I have been trying other MyWorlds commands and I don't think any will work for me. EDIT2: Portal sign creation is working. I was able to remake a portal to another world and it worked.

Posted Nov 3, 2012ok i love this plugin but so far for 1.4 it is completely unusable. your main, nether and end worlds are fine but when you create a new world with /world create and i also created a new map on a diff server and imported it, any portal link you make with this plugin it sends you to the end. when i look up /world info the envionment is "the end." any way to fix this? btw world name is mine as a test and world type comes out as the_end still
