Multiworld
Craftbukkit 1.9 support!
Multiworld - The official Multiworld Project
The easy to use multiworld plugin, support custom end and nether worlds for each worlds, you can configure what you want, and you get it (limited to what I programmed)
History
I made this plugin because the previous author "Baummann", the original creator of Multiworld, became inactive. Before, it was just a simple plugin with 2 commands: /goto and /newworld. I took control of the project and developed a better version. We are now at version 5.2.8 of Multiworld.
Features
- Custom world generators like a world with deserts
- Allows you to change the gamemode of a player when you enters a world
- Supports relative coordinates with /mw move and /mw goto like the /teleport from vanila minecraft
- Block chat coming from other worlds to create worlds where the users have their own private chat

Other recommended plugins for your server
- LocationTeleport - This plugin teleports users when they enter a arena, when you shape the area like a portal, you can have your own portals
- hothgenerator - Generates a awesome snow world (Case sensitive)
/mw create WorldName plugin:HothGenerator
- multiinv - Allows more control between the inventories of worlds than multiworld can provide on its own.

this isn't implemented with commands, but there is a way (but hard):
create a world with the normal generator
do /mw save
shutdown the server
Open level.dat from the map with an nbt editor
change level type to that from large biomes (lookup minecraftwiki for the type or copare it with a large biomes world from single player)
Remove the region directory from the world
Start the server

I actually quoted a person called tattu, I wasn't having that issue :)
However I did ask if it was possible for you to add a large biome type to the world generator?

Posted Jul 16, 2013How do I get a custom generated world to be primary entry world.. I'm trying to use a random spawn plugin.. also, whenever i make my custom world default in the server properties, it stops loading new chunks with the generator the way i'd like it to.

Posted Jul 16, 2013Are you able to add a large biome type for worlds?
I also just want to say I agree with tattu's comment:
"WAY better than multiverse.
You sir, are a minecraft champion.
you made the best plugin ever.
this plugin deserves to be WAY better than multiverse."

Posted Jul 16, 2013Trying to use this with Antishare and am encountering the following problem:
it either changes the user's game mode per world but wipes their inventory
or
keeps unique inventories per world (I'm thinking antishare is doing this) but then will not change the player's game mode per world.
My current config is setup as follows:
usecreativemode: true usecreativemodeinv: false
with Antishare set to track unique inventories per world.
I'm not sure how to resolve this.

Posted Jul 15, 2013Have a problem when trying to use worldgen in config. When I try to use separate plugin it doesn't generate the world. It works great for built in ones. Here's one you stated above I can't get to work also. I put this in config. "worldgen: plugin:hothgenerator" Maybe I'm adding it wrong to config? Thanks for your work... :)
Running 1.5.2 and 4.6.4

you cant add new dimensions with bukkit (bukkit force should translate names to new dimensions, but it doesn't do this
