Multiworld
Craftbukkit 1.9 support!
Multiworld - The official Multiworld Project
The easy to use multiworld plugin, support custom end and nether worlds for each worlds, you can configure what you want, and you get it (limited to what I programmed)
History
I made this plugin because the previous author "Baummann", the original creator of Multiworld, became inactive. Before, it was just a simple plugin with 2 commands: /goto and /newworld. I took control of the project and developed a better version. We are now at version 5.2.8 of Multiworld.
Features
- Custom world generators like a world with deserts
- Allows you to change the gamemode of a player when you enters a world
- Supports relative coordinates with /mw move and /mw goto like the /teleport from vanila minecraft
- Block chat coming from other worlds to create worlds where the users have their own private chat

Other recommended plugins for your server

- hothgenerator - Generates a awesome snow world (Case sensitive)
/mw create WorldName plugin:HothGenerator
- multiinv - Allows more control between the inventories of worlds than multiworld can provide on its own.

if you are trying to use that command to add the world to your list.
use
/mw create <worldname>
instead. this command will add the world if it is in your world folder.

the seed stored inside the level.dat wil always win above the seed that a multiworld plugin gives, my plugin gets the seed of the world on saving of the world, so inncase the level.dat get correpted, you can always restore the seed from the config of my plugin

Posted Sep 23, 2012Hi Ferrybig, I've installed multiworld on my server so that I can add worlds in addition to my current default 3 worlds. (world, world_nether, world_the_end).
I have one question: does this plugin change the seed that my previously existing worlds use? As the current worlds expand, will the seed be different from the original?
thanks, -jhabinsk

Is it Possible to make people go back to the world they entered the nether from, atm they either don't go anywhere, or the world i tell it to link to, and i have 5 other worlds they could come from, so really want them returning to the world they entered from.
I have renamed my nether world btw, so natural portals won't work

you have an error log, I thouk you didn't have it, it should be good if you send it, so I dont need to recreate the bug

Thanks, I just assumed you weren't supporting tekkit and hoped someone had a work-around I could use. I know this is just an extension of an existing EE2 bug but if I can dig up any error logs when I'm back at the console I'll include them in case you want to try to build in a fix for it some time.

/mw is designed to register a directory (in advanced terms) as an world containing directory, the seed is used in case there is no level.dat found inside the directory, it wont remove anny files, unless minecraft itself is doing this

there is actully 1 inventory, the survival inventory, when you enter a creative world, it dublicates the inventory, and when you leave the crea world( by either quit or /goto form 1 or other plugin) it revert the inventory to the survival inventory back, incluuding fire damage and health
this means that if you remve an creative world whit still logged out people inside, they wont be creative when they login

Posted Sep 18, 2012I'm loving the plugin, but has anyone managed to get this (Multiworld v3.5.1) working properly on a tekkit server?
The plugin itself works perfectly but after the first restart Equivalent Exchange stops working in the main world and only works in the new world. I've tried turning off the autoload on the new world but as soon as I load it things break again.
Specifically transmutation tablets stop working with Klein stars and the red matter mace likes to crash the whole server when used on gravel.
