Multiworld
Craftbukkit 1.9 support!
Multiworld - The official Multiworld Project
The easy to use multiworld plugin, support custom end and nether worlds for each worlds, you can configure what you want, and you get it (limited to what I programmed)
History
I made this plugin because the previous author "Baummann", the original creator of Multiworld, became inactive. Before, it was just a simple plugin with 2 commands: /goto and /newworld. I took control of the project and developed a better version. We are now at version 5.2.8 of Multiworld.
Features
- Custom world generators like a world with deserts
- Allows you to change the gamemode of a player when you enters a world
- Supports relative coordinates with /mw move and /mw goto like the /teleport from vanila minecraft
- Block chat coming from other worlds to create worlds where the users have their own private chat

Multiworld and Data Collecting
Multiworld is using a statistcs tracking code so useage statistics wil be logged, for more information what is logged see:
Other recommended plugins for your server
- LocationTeleport - This plugin teleports users when they enter a arena, when you shape the area like a portal, you can have your own portals
- hothgenerator - Generates a awesome snow world (Case sensitive)
/mw create WorldName plugin:HothGenerator
- multiinv - Allows more control between the inventories of worlds than multiworld can provide on its own.

Posted Sep 18, 2012Hi ferrybig :) I am going to be getting a new world for my servers default world but I obviously still wish to keep my current default world still available as well. My question is do i just do /mw load (old default world name) and it will load it up as just another world after I have created a new default world ? Or do i just do /mw create (old default world name) ....... without the normal seed part ? Thought I better check before I just go changing things...don't want to lose the world :) Thanks as always for your time Cheers

this is not posiable, because a plugin need to be loaded before the world isloaded to archieve this, I tried doing this at the past, but if you load world before the main world is loaded, you will get errors

Posted Sep 16, 2012I have a suggestion with world gens
Can you add a support to set world gen in bukkit.yml for example:
Because i set in multiworld config that "world" have to be generated as flatland - this is my main world. And on server startup bukkit is overwriting this option and world is still generated as normal. Its only on world which is set in server.properties. On other worlds which are generated by flatlands etc, evrything is ok
Sorry for my english

It depends the plugin, you will have to look into the plugin configs. Many plugins support multi worlds and they allow you to disable/enable them on specified worlds.

1. I dont get what you mean
2. this mainly depends on the connection and hard drive speed, and if the chunks on the target zone are already loaded before going to the nether

Maybe it is needed: 1. When nether portals are not linked to any world it can not be fired 2. Reduce time to teleport through nether portal, I tired to see this twists
thx

its al portals link to 1 nether world, or they all link to another world, not so verry complex system, but if you need more controll, a seperate plugin would be pbetter, because my plugin provide only basic systems for the parts

I do not understand what you need me to do, can you explain it better? What are thread stack traces?
@Chriz2012
Use /mw create <worldname> <plugin:SkylandsPlus> (or what ever plugin you are going to use) this is cap sensitive!

Posted Sep 10, 2012Hello, I generated a world with the islands generator which i know isn't supported. But if the world's already is generated, can't i just load that world?
Also, how does the /mw link command work exactly? i mean the whole system behind it, because i need to know how i choose which portal to link. If i have 2 portals in 1 world, how do i choose which one i wanna link?

Posted Sep 9, 2012Btw fixed spawning problem. Setting view-distance was set to 8 not default 10 and spawning went wrong. Its Bukkit or minecraft related i think.
