About MV
Multiverse was created at the dawn of Bukkit multiworld support. It has since then grown into a complete world management solution including special treatment of your nether worlds with NetherPortals.
In the second delivery of Multiverse, we've broken it up into several smaller plugins that are each feature packed but *not bloated*! Multiverse provides the easiest to use world management solution for your Minecraft server, big or small, and with great addons like Portals and NetherPortals, what's not to love!

- Allow a nether per real world!
- Let nether portals built in a world go to a specific world

So long Awesome Builds
We use to have this notion of an "Awesome Build" or AB which was suppose to be thought of like Bukkit's Recommended Build system. Awesome Builds were ones that we put extra testing into and were meant to be very stable. Unfortunately there will be no more Awesome Builds. Our development team doesn't have the time to devote to the project that we use to. As such, we've moved to a new build system which you'll notice in the new version numbering. Our release builds here should be stable; Lots of people have had time to vet them for us while they were only development builds. While we don't have much time to work on the project, we do still take critical bugs very seriously and try to get them fixed as quickly as possible.

So I'm NOT the only one with that problem. When I tried it on our server, the portals to go into the nether worked fine, but then the portal disappeared and players would fall to their deaths with no way to get back. Also, for some reason, it never happened over any solid ground- always above bedrock or lava.

Posted Feb 20, 2013Tried the dev-version but doesn't work. Can't change where to spawn and it spawns the player inside the endstone, faaar down... So they die of lack of air..

You just have to line up the portals. This plugin is for custom nether portal linking (only world, world_nether, world_the_end work by craftbukkit default). It's currently not working on the latest builds of craftbukkit.

Posted Feb 15, 2013Can I use this to make player created nether portals link to each other? Like... player makes a portal > Player uses portal and is now in the nether. > Player now wants to get back to the main world. > Player uses the portal that poped up in the nether. > Player is now back at the portal he created in the main world.
Is this possible? Vanilla portal are messing up my spawn area. I normal give players a command to get back to the main world but this server has no teleportation.

Posted Feb 13, 2013I just updated my server to the 1.4.7 RB and I grabbed the latest dev build of all 3 MV plugins. Our nether portals are no longer following the previous mapping (I was using 1:1). It's putting us out beyond the WorldBorder, which then snaps us back to a crazy location.

Posted Feb 8, 2013Installing this and MV Portals at the same time gives me the 'This portal has no destination' message, when I can say with certainty that said message is false. I cannot go through ANY portal in survival mode, although it works in create. Neither vanilla Nether portals nor MVP portals work.
This is broken. If anyone knows how to fix this, or has had the same error, please speak up.

Posted Feb 8, 2013I have multiverse core 2.4 and multiverse portals 2.4. I log onto my server and issue /mvp wand. when i do that i get Unkown Command.is there something i need to eneable?
Oh and i also get this in the "Debug" document: 2013-02-08 03:04:28 [SEVERE] [MultiVerse-NetherPortals] Could not load config.yml
I have tried reinstalling the plug in several times.and still doesn't work.

Posted Feb 6, 2013Still not working, teleporting to completely random (even above bedrock or lava) place in nether, without a portal to go back. Tested on latest AB and latest jenkins build.

And one portal from the overworld leads to a position above the bedrock in the nether now.
Edit: This is also still broken in the latest build from Jenkins.

With Multiverse NetherPortals you have to build a normal netherportal with obsidian and fire. ;-)

Posted Feb 3, 2013how to make a freaking portal??? i have tried to /mvp create creative ...... and it says you have created creative portal but where the heck is it O.o and i hav tried other commands that say you have selected Creative portal i just dafuq where the hell is it then .. thx for your help :)

For me it's not fixed yet. on 1.4.6 i had no problems, but now i get spawn above the Bedrock, or on random positions in my Netherworld, or the World my Netherportal is located. It's broken.
