- Create multiple worlds of different environment, seeds, single biome, super flat and with Custom Generators
- Set the game mode per world (creative, survival or adventure)
- Restrict users from going to specific worlds by using permissions
- Economy support with entry fee!
- Custom world aliases with rgb colors! (Leave your folder names alone! use an alias!)
- Purge all those unwanted entities from your world!
- Show which users are in what worlds with `/mv who`
- Have separated players stats and inventories per world or per group of worlds.
- Choose what each group of worlds share: Inventories, Last location (in a world before teleporting), Hunger, Health, Exp, and Bed Spawns.
- Make custom portals to go to any destination!
- Restrict users from using specific portals using permissions.
- Charge users to use specific portals!
- Launch users through the air when they enter a Multiverse Portal! (with cannon destination)
- Allow minecarts/boats through Multiverse Portals.
- Automatically link your nether and end to the correct overworld!
- Have nether and end portals in a world custom linked to a specific world
- Custom World Scaling when using NetherPortals! (All types of worlds, normal, skylands and nether supported! Even custom generators!)

Nethertheless teleportation works.

First of all, I love this plug in. I've been using it with portal and nether portal. Recently, I won't be able to use the eggs to spawn animal. I set up in worlds.yml animals: spawn: true monsters: spawn: true Gamemode : Creative
I am using bukkit beta #2060 and multiverse core #524. I have residence, group manager, essentials plug ins.
Please advise. Joy

Posted Mar 15, 2012Excuse me good sirs, I am dropping by here to enquire if it would be within your ability to add something resembling the likeness of per-world-plugins as, one or two of our absolutely KEY plugins only have one set of user data, or we end up with conflicting plugins for different maps - which is absolutely as useless to us as sandals would be useless to a dolphin, indeed!
Now if you good gentlemen had it in you to create something to allow us to only run select instances of plugins for each world, which also generates the user data corresponding to those plugins, it would be absolutely brilliant, a jolly good show to say the least!
Good effort so far chaps, you are all of the most highest caliber and are providing a simply spectacular plugin to this community! Thank you, gentlemen!

My question is: is it possible to select what mods will work with what world? My family wants all kinds of different mods but on different worlds. Is this possible? likely?

Posted Mar 14, 2012I am using build #522 of Core, #530 of Portals, #518 of SignPortals and #108 of Inventories with bukkit 1.2.3-R0.2.
My issue is standing in my nether portal that previously worked in 1.1-R4 never actually teleports me. No errors in console/in game. I can issue "/mv tp world_nether" with no issue however.

Posted Mar 14, 2012I had multi-verse core and portals but when I updated my server to 1.1 R6 neither worked and no updated that has been posted for them work with my server. I get a severe error in my server.

Yes - you can - it works great. Check out the command reference
Specifically, look at the import command. You can also use Create, then just replace the region files and reset the spawn point.
I have used both methods.
Just make sure you match world types - NORMAL, etc. There is a vague note about that in the reference about "bad things" happening.

Uh... this has happend a while ago. If you're referring to the 2.3-AB, please use a dev build. I will release 2.4 formally when 1.2.3's first RB drops.
As others have said, the dev builds are (usually) stable, but we nuke 'em pretty quickly if they're not.
