- Create multiple worlds of different environment, seeds, single biome, super flat and with Custom Generators
- Set the game mode per world (creative, survival or adventure)
- Restrict users from going to specific worlds by using permissions
- Economy support with entry fee!
- Custom world aliases with rgb colors! (Leave your folder names alone! use an alias!)
- Purge all those unwanted entities from your world!
- Show which users are in what worlds with `/mv who`
- Have separated players stats and inventories per world or per group of worlds.
- Choose what each group of worlds share: Inventories, Last location (in a world before teleporting), Hunger, Health, Exp, and Bed Spawns.
- Make custom portals to go to any destination!
- Restrict users from using specific portals using permissions.
- Charge users to use specific portals!
- Launch users through the air when they enter a Multiverse Portal! (with cannon destination)
- Allow minecarts/boats through Multiverse Portals.
- Automatically link your nether and end to the correct overworld!
- Have nether and end portals in a world custom linked to a specific world
- Custom World Scaling when using NetherPortals! (All types of worlds, normal, skylands and nether supported! Even custom generators!)

Posted Mar 5, 2012Having problems with inventories. Using bukkit 2034 and dev multi core and inventories groups: default: worlds: - world_nether - world shares: - '*'
No one is sharing their inventories between world and world_nether. User files in folder default are all blank, use files in world and world_nether have separate inventory different from each world.
Me being admin is the only one that can share inventory between worlds. Was there a permission node added i missed? Please help.

Posted Mar 4, 2012Hello, While using dev build v2.4-b512 at my own risk ,all of my worlds I apart from one were deleted. Is there any way inside bukkit or in windows I can restore them? A simple answer would be great. Thank You.

Posted Mar 4, 2012@Sk8Sanctified Same is happening with me. I have 11 worlds and only 3 are backed up. Luckily, I was able to revert the 3 backed up worlds, but for the 8 others... Not sure.

Yar, not only that. All worlds but the main overworld (the spawn) are being overwritten with the new save conversion, and I'm losing everything build wise in those worlds. Not sure what is causing this, or how to fix it even. The worlds are a fresh start basicly

That is a PermissionsEX error
You have to update all your plugins if you are seeing errors.

You mean don't have items? If so use multiverse Inventories
And I've narrowed my problem down, it is indeed the core, multiverse is not taking the
gamemode: creative in the worlds.yml file
into account in the latest dev build it keeps thinking it is survival.

Posted Mar 4, 2012Works fine in all the functions I have tried.
Only thing so far is probably a multiverse inventories problem I think anyone in a creative world is not put in creative. All inventories were wiped in only the main world all other worlds are fine.
All new players are not set to creative.
Apart from that works perfect :D

Posted Mar 4, 2012After installing the latest dev builds of MV & CraftBukkit and getting rid of the skylands issue show below, my worlds converted at server boot and generally seem to be working. There may be issues, but I can /mv tp everywhere, it seems. Anyway - just wanted to post the update. I have done any extensive testing yet...but things *seem* OK so far.

Posted Mar 4, 2012The message that the user is no longer allowed in this world is definitely coming from multiverse as it's prefixed by [MV]. Again, it appears that the users can play just fine and it's a "cosmetic" error only, but it's definitely confusing. Whether or not forcing the user to spawn back at the default spawn of the main map is multiverse or not may or may not be related.

Posted Mar 4, 2012@fernferret - thanks for replying - I am trying all the latest stuff and my worlds are converting - I guess I'll know soon. ;-)
ALSO - nb. - the SkyLandsPlus generator appears to be broken - or at least the version I was using is. If ANY OF YOU have a generator statement in your MV worlds.yml file that points to broken generator, you are probably going to get errors that will prevent automatic world conversion on server boot from taking place and you will see errors like this one pointing at the broken generator:
fernferrt - I don't think this error is MV, but it might bear a quick look to see if there are any generator interface issues. It feels like a skylands bug to me, esp. since skylands are no longer supported and the generator was older. However, it might be nice is MV could catch this type of error, flag the user in the console more gracefully, and allow world conversion to continue ( assuming it's possible ).

Posted Mar 4, 2012Remember when CB RB for 1.0 took like a month? I remember seeing this page with the giant red text saying that you wont release until CB releases, but then it took like 2 more weeks for you all to release after CB finally released. This mod ended up being the last one for those 2 weeks before i was able to take my server off of a temp map lol.
But anyways, I await patiently for this mod, and good work guys. :p
