Posted May 27, 2015So there's way too much thread reading needed at the moment to find the most up-to-date build right now. I dug through and found the appropriate build previously, but there's certainly a lot of crosstalk going on in terms of determining the most recent build downloads. Can we get a prominent link above with that or at least some kind of keyword down here in the comments such as "CURRENT BUILD" so we can just find it quickly upon scanning for updates?

Okay. Let's look at an issue.
https://github.com/Multiverse/Multiverse-NetherPortals/issues/72
Non-player entities of any kind are being destroyed when they attempt to travel through a Nether portal. It appears that someone has committed a fix for this, but no one ever tested it or merged it to the master branch.
If that issue is valid, development is happening (in secret) and this is fixed but no one knows about it; if that issue is not valid, no contributors have marked it as such since 2013.
Which is it?

"Yes" isn't an answer to "where is it being done," and the antecedent of "it" in "why isn't it being documented" is "current development."
So I'll just ask that again.
Where is the current development happening and why isn't that development documented anywhere? The details on this page reflect the status of the project from almost a year ago, and the details on spigotmc.org are even older.
How are you deciding whether an issue is valid? Are you the only remaining active developer on the project? If people don't know where the development is happening, how are they submitting issues to you? I find it hard to believe no issues have been worked on since 21 August 2014 simply because none of them were valid.

Posted May 23, 2015Is this set of plugins still being developed at all?
I ask because I haven't seen any new commits to your repository since last August. I see numerous forks, some containing badly needed fixes. For the plugin with the fourth highest usage in the world -- after only Spigot itself, Essentials, and Vault -- that's Very Disappointing.
If any current development is happening, where is it being done and why isn't it being documented?

The water smoke isn't an issue as the water's still being created and flows around. My main issue is that Eyes of Ender are being blocked by some obscure plugin, even for the owner of the server.

I don't have a permissions plugin, though... Also, when you place water buckets in any world it's making smoke particles as if it's a nether world. I've tried a bunch of things and checked every plugin's config and haven't found anything to fix it yet.
