Everytime a player disconnects and reconnects to the server, they are put at my main worlds spawn, regardless of their last location. How can i fix this? I'm using the lastest build of MV.

Posted May 21, 2013So I have recently started having an issue, and I'm not sure what the problem is, and I THINK, multiverse core might be it. Maybe you can tell me if it is or not, and maybe what to check. We are trying to add a pvp world to our survival server. While testing the plugins and other things, fount out that when a player is in the pvp world, leave the server, and come back, they are in the main world, usually randomly placed. Is this a multiverse issue or can you think of something else to check?

It's like EncryptedCurse says; The world you are talking about that randomly spawns is most likely the default world. It may have another name than "world" if you have changed it in server.props. Double check your server.props, and if you still have the issue, PM me and we'll try to fix it. Most likely not MultiVerse's fault.

Posted May 21, 2013Well if it always makes it HOW COME IT NEVER USED TOO. I know its meant to but if it always does HOW COME IT NEVER USED TO DO IT BEFORE. Because lately its fucking up m server hardcore.
What the hell is the point in having 2 worlds with a good plugin when all people do is give you information you already know.
Why would I be here if i knew the issue. Ill say it again, IT NEVER USED TO CREATE A RANDOM "WORLD" BEFORE now it does and its screwing up my serve hardcore.

Ops is = windows 8 pro 64-bit
Processors are 2 = intel(R) core (TM)2 duo cpu e8400 @3GHz x64-based
RAM = 8.00 GB (7.87 GB usable) DIMM NON-ECC DDR2-800 PC2-6400 Unbuffered
Hard Drive = 250GB WD 7200 RPM SATA II, 3.0GB/s
Video card = 256MB nVidia GeForce⢠9300 GE (Dual DVI or VGA via cable adapters plus S-Video Out)
although the grafix card @256 shouldn't effect the server output to users through the internet
I'm going to pull all worlds reload the server and then import one world at a time, it is a private none pvp server with 7 worlds.
any ideas?

I have installed Multiverse and can launch it, it will import existing world but wont let me create any new worlds.

Posted May 20, 2013Is there anyway to do a 1 to 1 teleport between worlds? If, for example, i had 2 worlds that were exact copies of each other, is there anyway i could teleport from one to the other and keep my position in the world, without hardcoding the coordinates?

I am running a feed the beast server. And when i use this plugin. i can generate the world completely. and travel to the world. But after a while the map will just disappear. I cant walk around and the ground sky and everything else is no where to be found. Is there a fix to this?

Okay. thats a point i understand. But this NEVER used to happen untill like a week or 2 ago. Which I dont understand.
I get your point, but if that's how it works than how come it never did this from the start.
Instead it randomly out of the blue starts doing it like a week or 2 ago.

Well 'world' is one of the default worlds that come with Bukkit, as well as world_nether and world_the_end, unless you happen to disable The End or Nether in server.properties/bukkit.yml. But anyways, you CANNOT disable or delete that one default world, so that's why it keeps coming back.

Posted May 19, 2013I issued my problem ahwile ago.... and as always.. Im told its not the devs fault and that its basically me or my server.
Which i came to the conclusion that I think its the plugin itself. Its randomly started generating new worlds... named "World" and i will delete the world from my server. and from multiverse.... completely and so after its all deleted..... i find out its generated a new world again by self.
It is not any players or any or plugins, as every time i see the issue I do hard investigating, but i still come up blank, which usually means the source of the issue is the plugin causing the issue.
Help would be appreciated, unless people are just going to blame it on me and not the plugin.

Posted May 19, 2013Do I have to remove the ' ' marks in order for the respawn world to work. Because I put the name of the world in the respawn world thing and it still respawns people in the main world.
