MOTDPlus
In-Active (Still works though on 1.5, 1.6, 1.7+)
This plugin allows you to have configurable MOTD messages when someone joins the server! These messages are private so only the player can see them.
You can configure the message in config.yml or use commands

I will no longer update this project, if anyone wants to continue it pm me. MOTDPlus Recoded/Reloaded isnt going to be released anymore either! My new plugin for now (Its a testing plugin, I do random stuff on it) is PFMC Plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/pfmc/
