Description:

Do you love fishing, but you aren't feeling rewarded at all by fishing? MoreThanFish is the solution, it's a very lightweight and fully customization plugin which allows you to define different and random catches.

Features (Version 1.5):

Makes fishing funnier and more attractive...

Gives you possibility to customize your, your friends and your members fishing experience.

Configuration file that allows you to customize everything (item, item name, item lore, possibility of getting it, message that is send when the player catch some rare drop, amout of loot you catch, data (for example colored wool), data can also be used as durability)

Messages and Item Names support colors (Same way as Essentials, but it DOESN'T require Essentials)

Planned Features:

Commands:

Command	Description
mtf reload	Reloads config.yml file
mtf list	Displays a lits of the available rare catches
mtf info	Displays the plugin info and version

Instalation:

Download MoreThanFish from this page
Drag and drop MoreThanFish.jar and MoreThanFish folder to your server's plugin folder
1. Change config.yml file to fit with your server needs
Boot your server if it's stopped or do /mtf reload if it's running
Enjoy your fishing experience

I loved this plugin until I realized it wasn't catching many of the items I put in there. So sad :(. Please update.

I edited the config to have many different fish with different configurations, and i edited the names of the default catches, but it still says i can only catch a diamond, boots and wool. Please help. I'm using 1.6.4 also.

Hey people, since 1.7.1 brought this:

Fishing!

-Added more type of fish.

-Redone the fishing mechanics. Can now catch junk and treasure too.

-Fishing rod enchantments!

I think this plugin is useless now! Thank god they give effort to fishing :D This will be probably discontinued or fully rewrited for new features or treasure configuration :D

I barely update the plugin because it still works on the latest update... And I barely spend time on computer now... other project owners instead of copying could just go ahead and ask me if they could join this one and improve it...

You should have a chat with the creator of the jobs plugin to get support for the new items. I'm not sure if you can set more fishing items with jobs, but if it was automated that would be sick.

Any ideas?

One more thing, why would you go on other plugins of this type advertising yours, if you can barely keep yours up to date? That's just being a jerk.

you are using data with that plugin, set data to 0, and it'll be fine.

I have fix the "InventoryClickEvent"-Bug for myself, but without permission from mig4ng i can't release my version, because he marked his plugin as "All Rights Reserved".

I have found next bug, when you catch for example diamond, it can't be stacked to others - only with fished...

Hey! We've brought online our survival world, and as a result found a small error in MTF, when you use a fishing rod on another player in PVP it throws up an error message. :)
