If your email on Discord isn't verified it won't let you accept the rules. Verify your email then scroll to the bottom to accept rules. Then react to the manual verify.

Nether Crowns are made with 1 stack of compacted blaze rods in a furnace shape, end helmet is bugged, releasing the beta which should fix it this update.
