Overview
With MonsterTickets you are able to:
- Allow noobs to open support tickets (1 at a time)
- Allow mods to claim tickets
- Provide full support to all of your players in a smooth way
How it works
- The noob opens the ticket.
- One of your mods claim the ticket.
- The two players then can chat privatly resolving the issue.
- The mod then closes the ticket.
Setup
- Visit the Commands and Permissions page!
- Visit the Settings page!

Posted Oct 24, 2012When a mod/admin tp's to the ticket it's possible that they placed something there like some chest or something. Then the mod will die because he spawns in the block (and can't see a shit)

Thats because I'm working on the web interface with GunfighterJ. I've also got alot going on in school. The webinterface's login system is done. It shouldn't be too much longer.

Add an /unclaim command, does practically same as the /close does, but instead of completely closing it, it just closes it for another person to claim it. That way if a person claims a ticket, but doesn't know how to help the player, he can just unclaim it and wait for another person to come to help.

That's good news, i almost wanted to go to another plugin. If you can add the colour thing, i will be very happy!
(So when you type /check you will see who is online, maybe with a colour or a text)

Posted Sep 9, 2012How do we prevent that people use this as an emergency measure and think that all admins even if offline are notified? Could there be a custom text file that has all messages in it with a config when a message is displayed?
When a user submits a ticket for example, but nobody is online who can take it, I want a message. When the user logs out and back in again and still has an open ticket, there should be another message etc.
