Welcome to the ultimate monster hell. I have brought together everything anyone everyone could ever want to do with monsters into one completely hellbent plugin. Use at your own risk.
Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:

Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

New mobs to 8.1 use bukkit enums. Other than that, they are used for block breaking, and item drops.

You probably have your spawn settings too high, or a different version than the recommended.

This probably from MA catching the small slime/magma cube spawn events and respawning them as a bigger slime. I will fix this and post a new minor version including skeleton and death spawn WG bugs.

The pathfinding is different outside of near-melee range.

Monsters should despawn after some time unless you have either an absurd spawn rate, or mega-aggro range.

Posted Jul 1, 2012Anyone help me with this? I think I may have got the zombie digging to working, but people in my server are making their base out of furnaces, locked with LWC. Is there anyway around that? Can zombies dig through the locked furnaces?

I get unplayable lag with 1 or 2 players, on Core i7 3.4 Ghz 12 GB ram :S
Only solution right now is using /killall and /butcher

Posted Jun 30, 2012Last thing, scratch all my other comments, but I cannot get zombie to dig. I found the config part where you edit the diggable blocks, I edit it, then save it to my server, but when I start the server back up it sets ALL of the configs back to default. I erase the part where I changed the diggable blocks and reinstalled that and the plugin works with all my configs.
So I traced all the problems back to the diggable block config. Help with that?

Posted Jun 30, 2012A quick question: how would you configure the .yml so a mob might drop a spawner egg? The problem I'm having is that the damage value is usually separated by a ":". If you could let me know, that would be great! :D

Posted Jun 29, 2012Good plugin. This has been great on my server so far but since you guys don't have a tickets section on your page, I'll make the suggestion here:
How about support for Giants?
I want to make them feel more like "bosses"
Also can it be possible have an option to to negate Knockback enchants on swords when fighting it so that it's not flinging around constantly on battles?

Posted Jun 29, 2012for me nothing to do..... I use some mcpc build, with buildcraft / Railcraft and IndustrialCraft...
If I use more than 1000 or 2000 mobs, the serveur performance go down when there is more than 10 players....
And with 1000 mobs, no lag, but no mobs to kill :(

Yes your are correct doing this will change the slime spawn to zombies this means there will be no slime's on the server And yes there are no smiles on my server how ever my server does not need them !
I can not find another work around for this: It seems to me that under "Advanced Monster Properties" There is a hidden one for slime's and its set like this: spawn new mob on death: true death spawn type: slime
The only solution i have found is to disable spawning of slime's or replace them.
TRY: Spawning a slime in to lava and see what happens (with default settings)

Posted Jun 29, 2012What do I need to do to keep the monster spawning the same as the minecraft defaults? I'm trying to use your plugin to add only the block/door/torch breaking, and aggro range without touching anything in the config that pertains to spawning. However, players on my server keep complaining that at times there seems to be an usual number of mobs concentrated in a single area.

Posted Jun 28, 2012Hello players !!! I had a problem with bad lag with this plugin as well I found a fix that worked for me i don't know if it will with you!
In the config under slime spawning (Under natural spawning at the bottom) It has < replacement: Slime >
I found that when a slime spawned, if it went in to lava it would cause it to die (split)! Then it would spawn another slime this would repeat over and over again until there was over 8000 slime's in one area (i only know this because i seen it using xray)
I tested it above ground and the same happened so i changed it to replacement: Zombie and i have not had a single performance issue of this plugin

Posted Jun 28, 2012Beast plugin but will it cause lagg cuz I plan on making a nightmare world on my Pvp server which has mobarena and other things going on and I will only have 999 mb if ram so will it cause lagg I plan on having 10 players on nexus max is 20 players
