Welcome to the ultimate monster hell. I have brought together everything anyone everyone could ever want to do with monsters into one completely hellbent plugin. Use at your own risk.
Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

Config
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/config/
(Is partially updated)
You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:
https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Material.html
You may want to play with Spawn Points, you can find the info here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/spawn-points/
If you wish to develop your own plugin with my health API, check this page:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/health-api/
For Nightmare Mode, check here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/nightmare-mode/
Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

Posted Oct 2, 2014I dont know youll be interested about my idea, but... You have created apocalyptic survival, its awesome, but is it possible to do it in arena style? waves, shop, map area, monsters per wave, monsters destroying blocks (without bridges), setup for destroyable blocks and not, etc. I know its big request, but its only my idea that i wrote...

You might be using the wrong minecraft version, it's hard to say.
@Concussion909
Vanilla values will apply here if mega-aggro is disabled.
Nightmare mode kind of provides the daily settings thing, if you set the period to 24 hours.
The spawn rates per block is a good idea, I've used that in the voxel game I'm making. Maybe in the future. I've got no idea how I would stack zombies.
@Kuba5555
All you do is put them where needed for block types.
http://jd.bukkit.org/doxygen/d6/d0e/enumorg_1_1bukkit_1_1Material.html
@rysroma
You should be able to do this with an external plugin, it will be compatible if they don't do any NMS tag modifications.
@Blackhawk185
No, I won't be adding that. It's potentially compatible however.

Posted Sep 9, 2014Questions/Requests
Question and Request: Do you know if their is a distance thing for when the mobs will start attacking like skeletons can't shoot if you are behind a wall by 7 blocks or creepers won't explode if they are 10 blocks away, but they still will go after you from long distances?
Question and Request: Can you make settings timer, for example all settings in config will be used on the day this timer will go off and it will last X amount of Minecraft Days, Users have the ability to also change this to true or false?
Request: Can you make it so instead of Dirt being the nerd polling device, zombies stack one on top of the other one to get to you, and like a custom spawn per block amount like stone block monster spawns are 40% less or 40% more and have them configurable!
I am willing to donate if I see those things possibly added for 1.7.9 r0.1 or even 1.8 but looks like 1.7.9R01 is more likely...

The block option should work if you bukkit enums, such as GRAVEL.
You have to enable worldguard checks for the protection to work.
@CholeraJasna
After running the server with that mode once, you can disable it and change from the new config.

Posted Aug 26, 2014Great job Blainicus, this plugin is a great addition to any survival server out there.
That being said, I do have a few comments that may help improvement;
# 1.) The config file... as you probably know - is a bit daunting to say the least. It could probably use some editing to clarify what everything actually does
# 2.) This page here: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/monster-apocalypse/pages/config/ is outdated. I had to attempt to correlate the changes when I was using it for reference.
# 3.) This option here:
doesn't seem to actually be configurable. I attempted to change this to various block types and it would continue to default to DIRT.
# 4.) Nerdpolling / Airbridging / Breaking Torches - doesn't seem to obey building rules from World Guard regardless if a zone has the build flag enabled or disabled.
Well then, hopefully this info helps. Oh, and if you would like help updating and clarifying the config file, I'd be glad to assist sometime.
Looking forward to your response! - Strider

Try MA 17.0 if you haven't already. To my knowledge block breaking still works.
