Welcome to the ultimate monster hell. I have brought together everything anyone everyone could ever want to do with monsters into one completely hellbent plugin. Use at your own risk.
Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:

Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

Maybe on bukkit is working, but I own server using Spigot 1.7.10, so I want to have working plugin on it, not on CB. Still nothing on clear server run.

I've heard of spigot causing problems before. Again, try using a clean bukkit install and only setting the world name and zombie world mode.

Tried to put in one folder only Spigot and your plugin in /plugins folder. Tried even set almost all "false" options to "true". Even nerdpole and air bridges won't work. Looks like plugin work itself but does nothing. No errors in console. Zombie does nothing. Maybe problem is caused by Spigot?

I recommend setting up your config on a clean bukkit server. Use zombie world mode as a starting point, it includes block breaking.

I disabled it now, but even if mob could destroy armor, it was only a very litle bit, but hearts falls superb fast (like without any armor).
But what with zombie destroying walls? It might depend of Spigot version?
Enable Zombies attacking walls?: true [...] Attackable blocks: - DIRT:7
Name of world is correct.

You might not have enabled mega aggro. True damage is damage which IGNORES armor, not destroys it.

I'm using newest ver of this and newest stable ver of Spigot. Have this in config file:
Attackable blocks: - DIRT:5 - GLASS:3
But Zombies do nothing (they don't destroy anything). Also have true damage set to 0, and zombies don't destroy armor (just hearths). Any advice?

Bonus spawns are wave-style spawns, and naturalistic spawns are modeled after vanilla spawns.
Enabling zombie world mode near the top of the config is similar to DvZ.

Not sure what I'm doing in the config, there doesn't seem to be any real documentation, I think I have made the monsters but not sure at all on any of the spawning things.
Looks like a great plugin.

Your minecraft version does not match your monster apocalypse version. Please note the "dev" versions have mislabeled minecraft versions on their titles, but the correct one in their release notes.

You'll need to disable spawns in bukkit settings, due to a bug in event cancelling.
Witches are an advanced entity class, so I haven't added support for them.

Posted Aug 5, 2014Hey, this plugin is great and thank you for your help so far! I have a few quick questions :D.
1. In the config, if you disable vanilla spawning of a mob, does it prevent that mob from spawning? I've noticed that even though I disabled every mob except zombie, giant, and wolves, skeletons and spiders still spawn in the world.
2. Could you add an option for the witch? I'm doing a zombie apocalypse server and it's annoying to have a ton of witches here and there (plus the skeletons and spiders that shouldn't be there).

Posted Aug 4, 2014Hi, I downloaded the plugin and when I configured the config and tried playing the game, my console is spammed with "Task #20 for Monster_Apocalypse v<17.0> generated an exception". This happens when I enter the world that's supposed to spawn mobs in gamemode 0. When I put myself in creative, the error stops spamming.
Please help if you can!

Prevents monsters from attacking this player, if mega-aggro or custom damage is enabled.
There are no other nodes.

Bonus distance max scale is the maximum value that monster health and damage can be multiplied given distance from spawn.
Bonus or naturalistic bonus spawns would suit your spawning needs.

I enabled zombie wall destruction and i's working fine. The problem I have is about dirt: I dont want players to build indestructible houses of dirt, but I also don't want zombies to grief mountains/hills.
