Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

Config
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/config/
(Is partially updated)
You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:
https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Material.html
You may want to play with Spawn Points, you can find the info here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/spawn-points/
If you wish to develop your own plugin with my health API, check this page:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/health-api/
For Nightmare Mode, check here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/nightmare-mode/
Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

I'll check on this later.
@shakeable0drip
What you're seeing is a vanilla zombie raid, mega-aggro draws from server's "player" list.

Posted Oct 18, 2013Hello I have a compliment, question and a suggestion. Firstly MA is freaking awesome, I've been using it for at least a year now. Do zombies using 'mega aggro' "smell" villagers from extreme range? It would appear so. In creative mode I can see them coming from that range value with no players near the town. If I'm not mistaken, can this be turned off? As it eats up a lot of server resources when anyone is near a village after dark. Lastly I would love to see MA incorporate a feature where, when spiders are killed, they spawn the block WEB on death. I think this would add a very neat effect to survival servers using MA including my own.
Thanks Shake

It's all in the advanced monster properties, and the monster spawns at the bottom -
You can actually set specific light level spawns - lowest to highest.
Also you can whitelist or blacklist blocks.

Posted Oct 13, 2013PLEASE ADD the feature so that monsters can still spawn during the day, even if the light level settings don't allow. Maybe a day-override? Thanks! I really need this.
And maybe add blocks where more mobs than usual can spawn (config-able)

@Deltanon
It does exactly what it says it will do. It removes breaks.
There is nothing there that says it will remove the blocks; and thats my issue. I dont CARE about the breaks, in fact I want those to stay broken; but the builds stay.

I'm having trouble getting creeperHeal to work with MonsterApocalypse, the nerdpoles are not being removed. Is there a config file somewhere outlining how to set this up specifically?
I can't find any reference to it, in either the CreeperHeal or MA config files.
Found this bug report here on the CreeperHeal tickets-page. Seems to suggest the problem might be with MA or how I have it configured? - " http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/creeperheal-nitnelave/tickets/108-creeperheal-not-detecting-hooking-into-monster-apocalypse/ "

Disable spawning changes in the config. Meaning the global flag near the top. It only applies to vanilla.
@danobrine
Set your multiworld plugin as a softdepend in the plugin.yml.
@deleted_9225422
MA is compatible with creeperheal (intentionally coded/imported to work with it), so use that.

Yes, but I want it on. Thats the reason I have it; I have the zombie spawns myself. I want them to build, but I just dont want it to stay.

Posted Oct 7, 2013Hi,
I have the default world on my server and added a second world. I want the monster apocalypse plugin to only apply to that second world, and I thought I was doing that by putting second world's name in the MA config file... but when I start up the server the plugin fails because it says it's an "Invalid world name".
I assume the reason the MA config file has a world name input is because you can apply it to more than the server's default world?
I've checked and double-checked and the name's are correct, so any suggestions on why I can't apply the MA plugin to my second world only?
Thanks!

Posted Oct 7, 2013Also, another bug. Not urgent at all, but still worth pointing out.
I have the plugin set up so it doesn't affect passive spawns at all, or at least it shouldn't. Vanilla passive spawns are turned on, and I don't do anything to alter them in the config. Everything seems to working fine except for the fact that horses seem to be albino. Every single horse that spawns naturally is white, and even horses spawned with spawn eggs are white! It's obviously not gamebreaking, but it's still strange.
EDIT: Rut ro... It seems that all horses are not only white, but also have the max health that is possible for a horse. This is slightly more worrying, as it makes horses sort of OP if every single one has a ton of health, and it eliminates the need and value of breeding horses.

Posted Oct 6, 2013I've enabled the "spawning in air" thing for the meantime, but this means that mobs are falling out of the sky and losing health so it's just a temporary workaround.
If you could pm me as soon as you have a fix, that would be much appreciated as I would like to patch this issue as soon as possible on my server.

Posted Oct 6, 2013URGENT!
Mobs are not spawning on blocks that are covered with snow!
This means that snow biomes are safe havens on my "mob hell" server. How do I fix this?! I've already checked, snow of any sort is not on the mob spawn block blacklist.

Posted Oct 6, 2013zeus, it is optional. You can turn off zombie airbridging and nerdpoling in config under 'zombie' bit.

Posted Oct 5, 2013I really badly would like the option to have the blocks go away after a certain amount of time! Like 10 minutes.
The plugin is perfect for my server... Besides one thing. There are TONS AND TONS of zombies, and they all are greifing the crap out of everything with wool. (the set build block)
I understand thats not a bug or anything and I did expect it, but it would be great if that was optional. I get tired of having to replace thousands of blocks of wool with air every half hour before the map becomes solid wool...
If you end up adding this any time soon, Id also like a 1.5.2 compatible build with it as thats what the server will be running for the next good while.
Thanks!
