What's this plugin for?
This plugin actually makes a new feature for the entire server, you can create money containing vouchers. You can send it for anybody, who you want to send money for! The target receives the money in a paper, what he/she can right click! The target will get the money what was sent to him/her.
Commands

| /uvc | Basic command for the plugin |
| /uvc send <username> <amount> [text] | Send a player a voucher. |
