ModOnDuty
ModOnDuty
Description
Are you a Moderator/Admin on a server that uses the ModTRS/Modreq plugin? Are you frequently asked if you are working on them or not? This basic plugin will help stop the questions. Using a simple toggle command, you can let the users know if you are relaxing or working through modreqs.
The original ModTRS plugin has been labeled inactive, however the updated version called ModReq is up to date and should work with my plugin. http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/modreq/
Commands
/modduty: Toggles your moderator duty status; lets users know if you are working
Permissions
- modduty.* - Permission node set for global use
- modduty.modduty - Allows specific access to this command. (possibly not needed, but you never know)
To Do
- Add specific queries for non-Moderator users such as /modduty (player) will tell the user if that player is working or not.
- Add a command that lists all Moderators on duty
- Custom status messages
- Suggest your ideas in the comments!
Downloads
- If you wish to download the latest release, it is always available at the top of the download page.
Additional Info
This is my first plugin, so it is very basic, but I hope it will prove useful.

If you want, you can add this feature to ModReq via a pull request on github.

Yes, this was my first plugin, but looking back on it, I agree that my attitude was a little blunt.
I appreciate your input and that of TheZEROts.

If you are creating this plugin for experience, I can understand your attitude. But if your intentions are to get your plugin out to other users and grow, you should take in what people are suggesting and implement them. Not tell them to fuck off.
FWIW, I agree that /duty makes more sense.

I will try and work on that later, but I'm not really fluent in any other language (unless there is code that makes it multilanguage compatible). I'll give it a try down the road though ;)

No problem! It's a simple but usefull plugin. Multi language support would be nice, because my server isn't english.
