ModernWeapons
ModernWeapons - The weapon revolution!
ModernWeapons adds weapons to your server such as guns, rocket launchers and grenades. You can fully customize the properties of each weapon in the config.yml! There are also permissions for each weapon, without that a player can't use a weapon. It's great fun to use and play around with it!
Features
- Doesn't require Spout!
- Weapon Types: Assault Rifle, Submachine Gun, Pistol, Sniper, Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Grenade, Knife
- All weapons are fully customizable
- Weapons can play specific sound effects
- Weapons are able to play effects when firing
- You can reload your weapons manually (Shift + Right Click)
- You can scope with weapons (Left Click)
- Grenades can have potion effects
- Customizable weapon, death, headshot and other messages
- Optional headshot blood effects
- You can limit weapons for worlds
- Optional special effects when bullets hit something
- Disable weapons in non pvp areas (requires WorldGuard & WorldEdit)
- Different config files for grenades and guns which don't have to be reloaded
- You can stab other players with the knife from behind

Well I think that this update will take me about 3 or 4 weeks, since everything will be customisable and is validated by the plugin. There will be more different configs which are managed differently (melee weapons, weapon attachments etc.). I'ts a completely new class library then and there will be seperate classes for storing properties and executing actions!

A few questions, and just so you know, i am up to helping you, i added a bunch of features from the source code in your 'down time'.
Do you know or can you estimate when this will be published? This is highly crucial on my end.
Second, will configs be managed differently? because Plugin Authors have a-lot of different meanings for a Re-code.
And, third, The features i added can be always re-added, so, will the plugin's build be changed in a way?
Or is this a completely new class library, completely new methods?

45 Weapons, and a x128 texture for each one of them, some animated. Don't show off.
Secondly, you need to use data values on the leather if you don't want it to confuse with leather dropped from cows, that is NOT a glitch.

Posted Aug 2, 2013I found an other bug when you are the op or have the permission of a gun and that gun is Example: Carabine with the item 334 (is leather) and a player with that permission kill a cow and pick up the leather the leather converts in the Carabine D: Can you fix it?

Posted Jul 30, 2013I have a bug First sorry for my bad english When you activate the CustomDeathMessage and you shoot someone with a weapon but you kill that player with a sword in chat shows that you killed that player with that gun and no with the sword. I think is a bug and it happens to me so many times :/
