StaffCall
Why StaffCall?
Your users deserve the utmost and prompt communication with staff members. If a user needs help in game, why not use a ticket system? Oh but there's plugins that do that you say? StaffCall/ModCall accepts tickets, records them to a log, then automatically assigns the to a staff member who's on duty. No more tickets being ignored by staff, and no more staff members wasting there time by teleporting to something another staff member has handled. (Formally ModCall)
New Feature!
Ticket locations have been added! Now you can see the location where the ticket was submitted! Great for situations where the ticket owner is offline! You'll need to wait for the BukkitDev staff to approve the file first, so hold tight!
Installation
Simple grab yourself the latest .jar, and add it to your plugins folder and your users are ready to be helped, and your staff team ready to be efficient.
Permissions
By default all users can submit tickets, in order to manage tickets and claim them and what not a user requires:
- staffcall.admin or
- modcall.admin
Either of these nodes will allow full use of the administrative features.
Commands
- staffcall <message> Submit a ticket to a staff member
- modcall <message> Submit a ticket to a staff member
- duty Marks a staff member as on duty, or off duty
- check Shows all tickets an their staff member
- check <id> Check the ticket with the id supplied
- mods Shows staff members who are marked as on duty
