Description:
MobDisguise is a plugin allowing you to transform into any mob you want, with no client mods! Just simple type /md disguise pig, and boom, everybody now sees and thinks your a pig! Can't quite take out the enemy pvp team? Transform into chickens, and sneak behind enemy lines! It even includes an API for other plugins to hook into, and can change players into mobs too!
Features:
- Disguise as any mob and be seen as such by all other players
- Enable or disable per-mob permissions, or give the .* permission for all of them
- Blacklist certain mobs you don't want
- Enable "RealDrops" and on death, a disguised player drops the correct item for his mob disguise, not his normal inventory
- A simple API that plugins can hook into to disguise/undisguise players
Commands:
All commands begin with /md, short for MobDisguise, to provide a simple command system
- /md baby ; toggle being a baby animal!
- /md stats ; Tells you what you're disguised or if you are disguised
- /md ; Turns you back into human form if disguised
- /md types ; Will give you a list of all valid mob types
- /md p [nameofplayer] ; Lets you disguise as that player!
- /md [mobtype] ; Will disguise you as the given mobtype
Permissions (PermissionsBukkit, bPermissions, PEX, but NOT! Permissions 3.1.6:
- mobdisguise.* ;Gives a player the ability to transform into all mobs
- mobdisguise.mob.[mobtype] ; Replace [mobtype] with the mobtype players can turn into
- mobdisguise.player ; Lets a player turn into othe players

- Q.Will you support Permissions 3.1.6?

- Q. I want to be able to have abilities when disguised, i.e creepers explode.

How to Install:
- Before installing, read the FAQ and see the page for common errors and how to fix .
- Download MobDisguise, here!
- Place .jar in your plugins folder.
- Done!
How to report errors:
- Make a ticket with as much detailed information as possible

Posted Jan 21, 2012Got a quick q....Are players supposed to see your name? I change into a cow. Half our players just see a cow.... another half 10 or so see a cow with my player name over the top. If i change to another players name... Half again see that players skin.... with that players name over it. The other half see that players skin... but my name over it? It there a permission they need? or is this how its supposed to be some way? Thanks and awesome job on your plugin

in config do?

Posted Jan 21, 2012I know its not even working for 1.1 bukkit anymore.. but if someone does take it on, could there be way for an admin to config or put a permission on that forces on name tags above a mob? or is that just not possible right now, without spout or something?
If not that, then a permission to announce to op/admin whenever a player use the plugin +including which mob.

Now if you have to put it outside of plugins it would also be useful info thanks. Please answer as soon as possible.

Posted Jan 21, 2012help! it doesn't work for me, every time I write any command from this plugin it say <an internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command> and i'm on 1.1 ( i think its the problem). I have to say i'm not using any permissions plugin because we are 3 on the server and i don't need it and its too complicated for me >.<, so my questions is if this plugin work without any permissions plugin.

Posted Jan 21, 2012SomeuserBms, a little bug with your version 1.68, that you last posted.. Not sure if this applies to all the mobs, because I haven't had a chance to test further this morning, but when I tested out "/md minecart", a user who was near me instantly crashed, repeatedly, and couldn't log back in for more than a second, until I un-disguised.
Just to be safe I disabled the plugin for now, but it might simply be an issue with minecarts/boats. Not sure.
If I can, I'll test it more later, unless you already know about this.
