As most of you have already worked out, public support for this project has been non existent. Unfortunately with the workload of trying to manage and run a server network where minigames is only 1 out of what feels like 1000 projects we maintain... It gets hard trying to find time to help everyone.
But fear not this project is indeed not abandoned! We have moved the project to SpigotMC:

Please Note I have provided updated downloads for all versions back to 1.7 .. We are trying to get some idea of what versions people are running still and what we need to focus on...updating will help us target our product improvements.

Minigames is a plugin in which users can create and play several types of Minigames on a server, without the risk of losing items or XP when they die. Players can also use checkpoints so when they die, they are reverted back to that position.
The Possible Minigame types are:
- Single Player - for jump puzzles, mazes etc.
- Last Man Standing - A multiplayer Free for All (FFA) PvP Minigame
- Race - A Multiplayer race Minigame
- Team Deathmatch - A deathmatch round against 2 teams, first to a defined score wins!
- Deathmatch - A free for all deathmatch round against any predefined amount of players, first to a defined score wins!
- Spleef - Its possible to create custom Spleef arenas, as well as your standard spleef arena.
- Treasure Hunt - A global treasure finding Minigame that is always running
- CTF - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame.
- Infection - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame where the infected players must kill all survivors.

Purpose:
Minigames was created for players to play games within a server and win prizes for completion, also to let players play PvP games without the risk of losing their hard earned items and XP. Minigames also reward players for completing each Minigame, or with PvP Minigames, the player can be rewarded with 'bets' that players make before they start the Minigame. These bets can be in Economy money or preset items.
These Minigames can be created in any style the player wishes, for example, parkour jump puzzles, mazes and treasure hunts. As well as PvP games like CTF, races and more. You are given a lot of options to add to each Minigame individually, so they are all completely customisable.

Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- And the amount of players playing games. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Posted Oct 10, 2014I solved my question, but when I make a game and put everything, Only one player teleport to its start or a team and the rest of the players or the team don`t teleport to its start. Please help and thanks.

Posted Oct 10, 2014I have a question. There are only 4 types for a minigame: 1- CTF 2- Last Man Standing 3- Infection 4- Spleef Where are treasure hunt, deathmatch, team deathmatch, single player and race? Please help me and thanks :)

You could write: /mg set [name] loadout Were name is the game name.
Then you can make a new loadout for each team and put the helmet a dyed leather helmet or a block!

Posted Oct 9, 2014I used multiverse for my server! I set the end point and the arena at a different world. My problem is when i won a team death match game, it have a message that says: Warning: End location is across worlds! This may cause some server performance issues!. So i dont mind the message but when i checked my prize, it does not appear! Btw, i used money as the prize. So I recreate the arena and the first game works with the message that tells me i have rewarded $10(i set $10). But when i played the second game, it tells me the warning message and no reward! I dont know what im doing wrong! Please help me!

Posted Oct 8, 2014@MajikalBlood - In the current release versions no, but in the dev builds razz is working yes. (once again highly experimental, use with caution) you can do alot of cool things like what you asked. Just a bit more complicated to setup and do
@postman713 - So basically you want the ability for a player to be able to "restart" the game so it just wipes their stored checkpoint. Not a bad idea and im sure that can be done but i highly recommend you make a ticket labelled enhancement so there is a record of it.
@Lizard813 - Without any configs to look over i can only speculate you did it wrong. It works for me and it works for thousands of others. You need to set both a quit and an end position. So you need to do /mg set arenaname set end It should come up saying end point set. If it doesnt work after that, then you will need to make a ticket and fill out all the relevant info and as much additional info as you can to help solve it

Posted Oct 8, 2014Hey i have a server on aternos.org (a server that i need to start manually and has a a different ip every time) and in the plugin selection they have, this is one of them. i put it on my server, started it up, spent some time making a pvp mini game for teams. i then spent a few hours looking on this page and your wiki, on how to set it up. and after i finally did EVERYTHING it told me to THE WAY IT TOLD ME TO, i placed a join sign near my spawn point, and clicked it, it said i didnt make an end point. well i did, so i did it again, same result. tried that again and the SAME THING!!!! i looked at how to dod it again, made a small version and did that, SAME THING! idk what i did wrong!?!?!?!?!?!?!? can someone plz help me? i can let you on my server if your on when im on!?!? i will do anything, just help!

Posted Oct 5, 2014Suggestion, For adventure maps i'm building i'd like an option with the storecheckpoints to stop being stored once a person quits the minigame. I know this sounds a little weird but it's because if someone is in one of my adventure maps and they lag out or quit the server while in the game, they get kicked from the game and loose their place in the game, however if you set the storecheckpoints to true then they can go back in revert to where they were. But if they don't finish the map and leave, then someone comes and plays it, then the person comes back they go back to where they were, or if they want to restart the map it puts them back to their reverted place. I'd like an option, maybe /mgm quit, to quit the game and reset their checkpoints, and just /mgm leave, to leave the game but come back and start where u left off. Thanks, -postman713

Posted Oct 1, 2014@Gelgoog135 - No not currently. The purpose of auto balancing is to fix up teams during a game if people disconnect / rage quit.
Also team specific settings like how many players per team max is already being worked on and currently available in the dev builds (very very experimental and volatile. Use at own risk)

Posted Sep 26, 2014@Trustinlies - ive already requested this (and being able to group certain minigames in a rotation etc.. voting for which one you want next) And Razz has approved however im sure that would be a massive update and at the moment he is focusing on the new regions and nodes executors. (List of things to add is very large haha..)
@Gelgoog135 - Thanks Gelgoog135 but please remember to put problems like that in the ticket section. Razz rarely has time to check comments now. However thanks for bringing this up as we were not even aware of that not working. Ive let him know and he thinks he knows why its doing that.
@saxons12 - Same for you saxons. Please fill out the tickets for those errors :P Are you able to make up a local test server with your current plugins and such. Repeat the process and if you get the same errors can you use the latest dev builds on the jenkins and see if you get the errors still? Reason i ask is its possible this issue has been fixed in the latest devs but if it hasnt, the error report will give the location of the problem in the new devs that are being made.

When I finished setting up a TEAM minigame, it looks normal.
But when I type /mgm end red [minigame name]
(I'm sure it contains red team)
It says "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command"
It will appear in version 1.6.4 and even 1.7.0-b113
I'm using spigot #1649 (spigot-1.7.10-R0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar)

Posted Sep 13, 2014@pellopo82 - we are using a spigot version that is 20 builds + then that. But it should still have worked with the version your error is saying. You will need to make a ticket listing all your plugins etc.. We aren't having any issue. Are you using npc's in any way?
@SniperBoss17 - Razz said he might actually go ahead and do that. But so much on his list of things to do... Best to make a ticket with the request so he has a record of it.
@Jupiter1390 - Currently all being worked on with the new regions and nodes feature in the dev builds (very very experimental) The video above shows one small functionality of it in action (and our terrible acting skills)
@Texiqq - There is no permission for that. Your players should be able to throw snowballs. If you aren't able to, hop out of a minigame and check again in the same area (shouldn't be able to still since it isnt blocked by minigames) You have another plugin that is preventing it
