Description: MiniDSK is a very simple, light-weight plugin that disables login, logout, and death messages all in one shot. This is the first plugin I've ever coded, and my first attempt at the java language. I found a heavy need for this plugin, due to frequent occurrence of spamming and a high volume of death messages on my PvP server. Posted Oct 21, 2012I actually need this since my server runs about 150 online at a time and the login / logout messages spam the chat. Are you continuing this plugin? Or are you just letting it sit here? I suppose something this small wouldn't have a massive amount of code and would be fairly simple to update.

Posted May 8, 2012Lol. I guess Bukkit decided to take out safehtml as an acceptable format code, so it took me a lot longer than needed to add the updates to the description and such. Sorry for the wait. However, MiniDSK has been updated with individual commands to disable/enable each message type, and permission nodes for each command.
The new file is still awaiting approval. I've tested the permissions nodes with groupmanager and it worked flawlessly. I would imagine it would work with Pex and bPermissions the same, but if you have any problems, please let me know.

Originally the plugin was supposed to just disable Death messages, so I named it MiniDSK for "Don't Show Kills". At the last second, I decided to add Login and Logouts as well, but decided the name was cool enough to keep anyway. =P
