Posted Jan 10, 2017That is actually a very good Idea. You're actually the very first one who told me to add mentions on MineCordBot. But I will for sure implement this feature on MCB-V1 that I've been working on, it's just taking me awhile since I am re-writing MineCordBot from the ground up for efficiency and performance.
Ps: it's funny since I've been wanting to implement a "Tab Completion Event" and I couldn't come up with anything. But now that you mentioned that, I'm most likely to do the "mentioning" feature with tab completion every time someone types "@" on minecraft.

Posted Jan 11, 2017Yea, I thought it was a good idea after I found out how to manually mention people with it.
You have to do <!@USERID(not_name)> and it will highlight them on Discord, it should be extremely easy to implement. Just pull their UserID and store them, I don't believe they ever change. SO when you use @Playername, it can pull the userID and format it correctly before sending to discord.

Also for initial plugin startup this error occurs when a player joins because the config file haven't been set up
Edit: This problem was resolved on MineCordBot_R-0.3.1

Posted Nov 30, 20161.11 is a little bit bugy. When I put the Jar in the Plugins Folder and start the server there is no other then the jar. Nothing else comes up. Please help :o

Posted Aug 14, 2016So I'm having a problem with the bot. It's putting Null before like every message that's sent from discord to minecraft. I've tried changing the prefix to see if that would help. Do you know any fixes for this?
