This is already a feature. MineConomy automatically generates an account for each player that joins the server (with proper Permissions, of course).
@krisukun
I have had this request several times before. I am sorry, but I will have to postpone adding this as a feature until a later version (1.6?).

Posted Aug 24, 2012First, i gotta say this is one of the best economy plugin i have seen. Second, i don't know if it's possible or if it's already a plugin feature, but i would like a feature that creates an account of a player's name immediately when that player gets on the whitelist.
Thank You

Posted Aug 23, 20121.4 works with 1.3.2, no problems.
@MjolnirCommando
Thanks for the answers :) Actually, my server have completely restart (new maps etc), and I can wait some more time for new version. Keep good work, This plugin, is in my opinion the best replacement for iConomy, with some extra stuff, like multicurrencies, banks etc.
And I have one question, it's possible to do in 1.5 automaticaly switch user's currency, when he going to other world? I have 2 main worlds, in one of them I have currency dollars, with rate 1.0, and another world, with currency "Ruble" and rate, for exaple 100. This should simulate inflation in one of the world. When someone going to another world, then his money should be converted to existing currency, because someone from second world and rate 100, can go to first world, and he can buy much more, than in his home world.
I can do this with plugins like serversigns, or another auto-command plugins, but I would like to see this feature in MineConomy :)
P.s Sorry for my english, I hope, you understand me xD

@exiHD2k
Be sure to stop the server before you edit configuration files like the "currencies.yml" file.
@xShakex
Nodes such as "ID", "Value", and "Default" are case sensitive. I do believe you must capitalize your "Value" nodes.
@krisukun
I am sorry. I will do my best to have it out by this Sunday (Aug. 26th). I have run into multiple issues such as schedule conflicts and being swamped with other work. Groups is taking a long time to implement. I will do my best to get all future features done quickly, but I can't promise release dates.
@Geekin_It_Up
MineConomy v1.4 should work with Minecraft v1.3.2. I would wait until I build and release MineConomy v1.5 against Minecraft v1.3.2.
A big thanks to those who were able to help each other :)

I never had this bug, MineConomy always works correctly on my server.
Maybe your currencies.yml is restarting, bacause you done some mistakes in it?
Try it: http://pastebin.com/caHEB2Xm (it's config from my server, and it's always works). Try install newest Vault. Or check rest of your plugins, maybe there are problem? :)

Will be in version 1.5 "groups feature" for interests/taxes itp? CashFlow is definitely broken with mineConomy (and autor have no time or desire for fix it) and I don't have a way to set taxes/salaries for certain groups at the moment ;/

Posted Aug 16, 2012Hi, I have a totally new setup of my server and wanna try this plugin. But if I want to change the currencies.yml but I can't use items or exp for money. If I make a currency "Money" and set "value: 1.0" and now make physical "diamond" "value 1.0" "id: '264'" Now I join my server and there is written the message bla bla bla your account has been created balance 0.0. Now I go mine and get one diamond I type in /balance but it says 0.0 Didn't shall it be 1.0 now? If I only write a physical value it resets and uses dollars on startup and I have to delete the config to reset. The normal config hasn't been edited only the currencies.yml And I wanna ask where I can see the GUI. And is there an import tool for towny? That would be great!

Posted Aug 14, 2012I don't really have any issues with mineconomy, zero lags. iConomy and MySQL were terrible lags (2 seconds lags with any money transaction). With MineConomy - zero lags, sever works very fine for me, I have 44 plugins, 40 slots and it's only 4gb ram vps...

On running plugin reqires more sen 2 seconds for loading - too slow. Plugin fully runs after one minute of booting. Bug found in log file. If it''s size more then 20 kb - big lags detected.

Can you send me your "currencies.yml" and "accounts.yml" files? There appears to be a misconfiguration.
@Darkfire3814
MineConomy is only server-side.

Hey I am getting two errors when using /mc commands
I am getting a message saying that the specified account I am trying to use the command on does not exist, when it does, because I am using mineconomy to buy/sell items through shop plugin as well as for residence and voting.
I get this when I try to use /mc set or /mc give, etc.
The other error is: an internal error occurred while attempting to process this command
I get this when i try to use /mc pay
