Reduce the lag on your server. I've seen this before when your server lags. Same thing when warping/jumping around. When the server lags, the warp/jump hangs you and then catches up.

What do you mean? I run a server an non-ops can drive around just fine.

Alright, so I downloaded this and got it all working correctly. Great. Default config works fine. Great.

But my roads have white lines (white wool) and yellow lines, as well as glowstone, and several other block types. So I though " Alright, just add those in, like so:

(Since there's no mention on EXACTLY how to put that, and in what formats.)

And this doesn't work. It calls out the lines where the wool colors are. AGain, this works perfect on default, just can't drive over lines, and are limited to only 2 blocks for any roads.

Anyone know the correct way to config that?

You should update this to 1.3.2 AND AND you should make hovercrafts, And taxi cars so like minecarts can sort of connect and people can drive others arround or other chest carts around.

And you have Vault running as one of your plugins, since it is required?

I have to believe then that it may be a conflict with another plugin. Try disabling all plugins except Minecars, Vault, and your permissions plugin and see if it works then.

The server is running on 1.3.1-R1.0-rec. and yes I deleted all the files and config and downloaded a fresh one.

@tohosenseiWhat version of server are you running? I'm running 1.3.1-R1.1-dev. Have you tried deleting it all and reinstalling from a new download?

Yes. Note that you have to have Vault as a connector to the various permissions plugins.

Will you eventually update for 1.3.1?

Minecars 2.3 works fine on MC 1.3.1.
