Well, if you cant fix the driving sideways thing, then can you actually make the minecart aim the opposite way that your facing when you put down. Oh and Reshka, you said it's not fixable? well theres a plugin called MineVehicles, and you can fly with minecarts with it, and it turns the minecart based on where the user is aiming/looking
I found the problem of the steps, only works if go up 1 block, if try to go uo more than 1 the cart brokens, and going down brokens instantly, so can go up 1 step.
Learning and developing in the Spout API is almost like relearning Bukkit, there are no immediate plans to incorporate any Spout mechanics in the near future. This may change further down the road.
StreetStepType is the data value of half-slab, set it to 0 to use stone half slabs, etc. Here is just a quick screenshot of how the stairs are supposed to look. The middle set is what works, the two side steps do not work as of now, I plan to change this. Stairs
Can you please add multi-block support?
For example, the roads in my server are made up with stone AND stoneslabs, and I want both blocks to be considered as the 'road'.
I need to climb cart on halfslabs.
Please define more surfaces to define materials, to be a possible drive on few surfaces, now is possible to drive on 2.
This is purely an aesthetics feature, and from what Reshka has told me, it is not fixable. I will personally look into this as I have been bugged by this as well, but for now I trust his word so you will too.
Once I read and fully understand all the code, I may possibly add some pictures detailing all the features, rails, stairs, etc. Maybe I will even make a video. We shall see what comes in the future.
No problem, all fuel system works now perfect :D i only have 1 problem, i don't know how to go up hills, the "StreetStepType" appears to work bad or i don0t know how to do it, can u help me ? thanks!^^
I took a look at this and caught what was throwing the NPE error, unfortunately I didn't catch it until after I launched 1.6, so I will fix it and if I find any other minor bugs, I will push a minor update, otherwise this will be fixed for 1.7. In the meantime, try shifting into gear before trying to drive your MineCar =P

you can impliment to cars and have some nice gui features such as fuel etc.

Whenever i put a minecart down and i drive it, it's always tilted, can you make it so it auto turns the cart or something.
