The permissions for the plugin are as follows:

/mcx on		op	Change the plugins status to on/Activate the plugin	mcx.maintainer.on
/mcx off		op	Change the plugins status to off/Deactivate the plugin	mcx.maintainer.off
/mcx status		op	Display the plugins status	mcx.maintainer.status
/mcx update		op	The player is informed about updates to McX	mcx.maintainer.update
-		op	Allows all vip commands	mcx.vip.*
-		op	The player does not need a forum account to use the server	mcx.vip.override
-		true	Allows all user commands	mcx.user.*
/mcx lookup	<player>	true	Displays if the user has a registered forum account or not	mcx.user.lookup
-		true	Can the player can join the server, otherwise they get kicked	mcx.user.join
