MCVote
MCVote allows admins to create polls and have members vote for the poll. Currently MCVote only supports yes or no polls, but this will be updated soon. It has the ability to create timed votes, and supports permissions.
You Need Vault!
Commands:
- /vote (or) /vote info - Get info on current vote
- /vote help - Display vote help
- /vote <yes|no> - Cast your vote (When a vote is active!)
- /vote <cast|create|call> <Vote> - Cast a vote (Admin)
- /vote close - Close the vote (Admin)
- /vote time - Set a time for the current vote (In Minutes)
Permission Nodes:
- Usable by All - /vote (or) /vote info
- Usable by All - /vote help
- mcvote.vote - /vote <yes|no>
- mcvote.cast - /vote <cast|create|call> <Vote>
- mcvote.cast - /vote close
- mcvote.cast - /vote time

- Allows admins to create votes for their players and receive information from their community.

Posted Oct 5, 2013Please add the ability to use command blocks for casting votes. I try to follow the KISS method as often as possible and it's easier for a player to click a button in game than to type a command to cast their vote.
Perhaps modify the command to accept the player's name
/vote [playername] [yes/no]

I would like to somehow be able to have votes where certain players (permission groups?) can't see a poll, not even know it exist, or maybe just see the result of it (and similar) but not cast a vote.
This can eventually be done by adding poll groups, like a "Promotion" group, and a "General" group, and a "Public" group etc... where all groups has its own small section in the config and also its own permissions.
Maybe also make it possible to stop players/groups from doing anything with a poll by adding their playername in the end of the command when you create a poll?
It would be nice to have similar features.
I would also like to see permissions for feature the plugin adds, even if the player can do /vote or /vote info and /vote help etc.
-It seems like a good plugin, but I would say it would be even better with the mentioned feature suggestions.

It's simple, and it's a simple plugin. I'm not sure how much I can express how much I love the plugin description page in general.
But you REALLY need to update this. :(

Is there a way or could you plan a solution to inform all player the current vote ? Exemple : /vote broadcastinfo
or
/vote infobroadcast
because i use SimpleCronClone but can tell my players the active "vote" with console command.

•Broadcast names of voters (anonymous vote) •Color option •Answer options (more than yes/no) (up to 9 options, using either /vote [yes|no] or /vote [1-9] •Ability for a vote to be saved to a file, so a vote can stay active during a server restart/crash •login notification is a vote is active and user has not voted yet.
