MCPoints is a simple warning plugin for premium-servers which allows you to warn or praise players using points.

Features

  • Warn and praise players using a pointing system
  • History to see all warnings and praisings of a player
  • Simple reward-system, e.g. the permission to fly or some items.
  • Change kits, player data and configs without reloading the server
  • Compatible with name-changing

Commands

  • /praise <Player> <Amount> <Reason> - Praises the player with the given amount of points. Permission "mcpoints.praise" required.
  • /warn <Player> <Amount> <Reason> - Warns the player with the given amount of points. Permission "mcpoints.warn" required.
  • /mcpoints <Player> - Shows you the points of the given player. Permission "mcpoints.mcpoints" required to see the points of other players.
  • /mchistory <Player> - See a player's history. Permission "mcpoints.mchistory" required to see the history of other players.

How does the kit system work?

  • A kit consists of defined commands like "give", "money give" etc. which will be executed on the console
  • To define a kit, open the "kits"-folder in the MCPoints-folder
  • Create a file and give it the name of the kit. Add a ".file"
  • Write one command in each line. @p will be replaced with the player who buys the kit
  • Go back in the MCPoints-folder and open kitlist.file
  • Add your kit's name, an '=' and the points the kit will cost (for example: diamond=2)

ToDo's

  • Possibility to translate messages (planned)
  • Chat filter (done, 1.5)
  • Spam filter (planned)
  • Ingame kit management (planned)
  • Temporary warnings and praisings (in progress)
  • Limitations when a player has too less points (e.g. chat-mute, freeze etc.)

If you find bugs or if you have an idea for the plugin, write it in the comments.
