Use the multiverse core dev builds. They are working just fine. And MCore is nothing like Multiverse Core. This is just a library for MassiveCraft plugins.

MCore is not a world manager. Perhaps you are confusing MCore with muliverse core?: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/multiverse-core/
"Multiverse Core" and "MCore" are two separate plugins and have nothing to do with each other. Multiverse Core or any other world manager of your choice would give you commands to teleport. MCore does not since it's not a world manager.

It usually takes 1-3 days for the BukkitDev team to approve a .jar upload. So today or tomorrow seems reasonable. If you are out of time you can however compile the library from the GitHub repository. Note that since BukkitDev would not have approved the source you are doing this at your own risk.

Just wait for the 1.5.1 version to be approved here on bukkitdev. Then you won't get those errors.

I have not set up a continuous integration yet. There is however the GitHub source code repo if you feel like compiling your self at your own risk.
