What is MassiveCore?

MassiveCore is a Bukkit plugin that contains components the MassiveCraft developers use for developing other Bukkit plugins:

ItemStack and Inventory serialization
Commands
Plugin Integration
Data storage with JSON
Disc IO
… and much more …

Install

Stop your server.
Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder.
Start your server again.

Plugins Using MassiveCore

Internet Connections

MassiveCore sends anonymous usage statistics to bstats.org when your server starts and downloads the latest sponsor configuration file from massivecraft.com hourly. You can disable these internet connections by setting "metricsEnabled" and "sponsorEnabled" to false at the very bottom of the main configuration file.

Please add support for PerWorldPlugins! I need these two plugins in order for my server to work! I may have to stop using MCore all together if there is no support soon. Thanks!

get your latest log file, from server/logs/latest and then simply look for the error, select -> copy -> paste on pastebin -> post link here.

Hi PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP. I have my bukkit server and i want to get fractions plugin but it is not showing up when i do /plugins and its not working and i downloaded mcore and the file that shows up after u run a plugin for the first time did not show up. What can i do to make it work. Its Fractions 2.3.0 with MCore 7.0.1 and craftbukkit 1.7.2-R0.2

My initial thought is that you need to check version of Craftbukkit and Mcore are compatible..either update Craftbukkit or Update Mcore to the correct versions.

Common Errors

UnsupportedClassVersionError unsupported major.minor version Your version of Java is outdated. Update to at least Java 7. Do you already have Java 7? Then perhaps you have Java 6 installed as well and for some reason the Java 6 is used when launching the minecraft server. Uninstall Java 6.

That seems to be a problem with one of MylesC's plugins. Try removing the conflicting plugin and contact MylesC about the problem.

I need some help, I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I heard that mcore doesn't work with certain craftbukkit.jar's. Is this true? This is what I get.

Hey, can anyone help me with this problem?

So when I start up my server I get this in my console:

16.01 05:51:05 [Server] INFO Can't find field mcoreBukkitCommands in FakeSimpleCommandMap, bug MylesC to update his plugin!

No errors other than that (or at least from this plugin + factions).

But when I have mcore installed, no commands other than regular bukkit commands work on my server. No plugin commands at all, not even mcore commands. And ofc, I can't use Factions without mcore. Could anyone help me out? - Thanks in advice

in all honesty I would like to admit that I am retarded, because I failed to notice I was using mcore for 1.7, when my server is pixelmon .1.6

I got an issue, I brought it up in bukkit forums and MCPC forums but nobody has answered so I will bring this up here too. Bukkit forums here: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/error-with-the-server.214604/ and MCPC forums here: http://www.mcportcentral.co.za/index.php?topic=5929.msg30097#msg30097

All works well but factions plugin, it wont disband faction. It gives the message that faction is disbanded but also gives red error message and the faction remains. Please help.
