mcMMO Levelup reward
mcMMO Level up reward 3.4.1
Description
With this plugin you can add reward for every mcMMO level up. You can set rewards by config.yml file. Rewards can be items,money and permissions.
Configuration
Configuration file can be found in 'plugins/mcMMOLupReward/' folder.
You can add rewards for all mcMMO level up events.
Requirements

mcMMO
Commands
/mclup reload >>> Reloads the config.
Permissions
mclupreward.admin >>> Enables use of all admin command Now just 1: reload
mclupreward.noreward >>> With this permission the player will not get rewards.
Installation
Download latest file and put it to your 'plugins/' folder.
Then restart your server or load it with PlugMan or with other plugin manager.

Djrowling means people on his server are already beyond the level that he wants the permission node to be awarded at. So if 'test.permission' is awarded at power levels 1 through 2, anyone already higher then 2 can't get it.
Edit: However Djrowling, why don't you just make the permission award like this min-level: DesiredMinLevelHere max-level: MaxPossibleLevel
That would ensure anyone who is higher level would get the permission.

Posted Apr 14, 2012Is it possible to have it so if they get over a reward required level they still get the permission node if they don't have it for example.
permissions: - test.perm minlvl: 50 maxlvl: 50
So if someone who had level 51 (for example) they would get that permission at the next level up because i added this on my server and some people can't get some of the earlier rewards.

As for what you want to do with the multiple 'rewards:' thing, I don't think it's possible..
however I did notice some other errors in there, like money-message should be at the top in the same indentation as the skillname.

It works for me.
But don't use ' money-message-enabled: true ' because it's default value is true.

Problem can be around your permissions.
With this permission: "mclupreward.noreward" player get no reward.
Don't you added to the players or to the groups this permission?
