Summary
MCHungerGames is actually quite simple! Just make your arena, add tributes, and go!
MCHungerGames is designed to make running Hunger Games-style events much easier. Sure, there are some nice servers and plugins that have achieved this, but they constantly require Moderators/Admins to be on, and paying attention.If you don't know what Hunger Games is look here for the series by Suzanne Collins, and here for the namesake fictional "Hunger Games" event

- Arenas that aren't limited to rectangles!
- Arena size based off it's radius, therefore sphere shaped arenas

- Customizable spawnpoints for tributes
- Coundown when a game is started!
- Cannons fire when a tribute dies!
- Join command for players to join arenas by themselves

You need to disable tribute chat in the configuration file.

Posted May 7, 2012When i installed the plugin it stopped everyone from being able to talk correctly it would come up with something like %1# : %2# however broadcasts worked and so did /msg did i do something wrong and how can i fix this?

Posted May 6, 2012Hey! Thanks for the reply :) I'm definitely going to use this plugin if you add the spawnsystem. Cause right now it actually takes quite a bit of work when you have to add a separate spawn for every player on the server.

The player's inventory should be cleared once the games have started and should be restored after they die
Disable all commands in the arena

No, i meant that you should add to the plugin a glass force field, like in other hunger games plugins.

Well right now the force field will repel players and give them fire damage IF they can reach it (that is, if there's not a glass wall in the way). Is that what you mean?

What do you mean? Ah, well anyway the next update will have auto-games and default spawns for tributes. This means you can set up spawn locations before you have tributes assigned.

Posted May 5, 2012Hi with your new update i am having chat issues, people chat it it just shows up as <%1$s> %2$s Any fixes for this?
EDIT: Sorry the plugin chat feature seems to effect the whole server, not just the arena, if one isnt set up.

Posted May 5, 2012Hey, i think it would be great to see automatic starting, like players vote to start or after a certain time. Also could you please make it so you can allow certain blocks to be broken or placed? Would be great to just allow mushrooms and leaves for example.
