- MChat - The core of the plugin, provides all the necessary functions expected of a chat formatting plugin, plus some more!
- MChannels - Introduces the feature to create different chat channels that users may join
- MSocial - Adds additional social features such as conversations and custom formatted pms, shouting/yelling, and custom /say formatting.
- MAdvanced - Adds extra functionality such as an AFK Kicker, /who player lookups, and /online player lists.

MChat is now heavily dependent on Vault for interacting with other plugins, please remember to always use the latest released version, to prevent any issues.

Channels are case-sensitive it looks like you created and joined Mychannel and tried leaving MyChannel. Was this the case?

Posted Jan 28, 2013I installed MChannels to try the channel functionality. Seems it's not possible to leave a channel.
/mchannel create Mychannel private
/mchannel join Mychannel
/mchannel leave MyChannel
"There is no such channel"
So there I sit, forever stuck in the channel and cannot go back to public chat.

Posted Jan 27, 2013Hmm I can't get the +G flag to do anything. I've added all my permissionsbukkit groups to the info.yml file. Vault is installed. Yet +G outputs nothing.
Edit: worldnames: has no effect on the formatting of the +w flag either
Am I missing something?

he's asking for an update to all of the plugins involved in mchatsuite.
And no its not all in one now, it used to be, but is now split.
Additionally, if you ARE a maintainer of this project now, you should be given access to upload files, as off-site downloads is actively discouraged by devbukkit staff, they tend to turn a blind eye to it however for dev builds.

I have talked with MiracleMan, and he said that he is kinda busy.
I told him, that i will join as a Maintainer, and now I'm sending him the source.
Hopefully he writes back, about how to do that GitHub thing.
So for you guys, i fixed a bunch of hashmap, arguments, and errors.

Posted Jan 12, 2013hey, i ve read all i can. but i still can not seem to find the actual command to create new chat channels. for instance if i want to make a mod/admin only channel that is password protected. can someone please help ? i feel that it is something easy, that i may have overlooked or missed somewhere.

Proposal: pMarkRange
Hi there, Miracle. There are quite a large number of players who love overusing punctuation marks. For example, I'm sure you've met players who go: "how do i build???!??!??!?!?!?!?!".
There is a 'cLockRange'. Perfect. I was wondering if you could implement a 'pMarkRange' that limits that amount of punctuation marks in a sentence. For example, if 'pMarkRange' is set to 1, both question and exclamation marks will be limited to one, changing the above example into "how do i build?!", which is much nicer to look at.
