This requires an Android phone to connect to the server, there will be an instructional video soon. Sometime this weekend I will have a video (I've now made one, I am just editing it). In it I'll go over how to set up the server side and how to use the app. Video has been delayed because of finals.
If you have any app based suggestions, we would love to hear them, you are welcome to PM me or email us at support@marsenterprises.org.
If you guys like the app please give it a 5-star rating.
Update! App version 1.7.5 will get a UI refresh, we got rid of the older looking tabs and went to something a little bit more fresh! To view it, use your finger and slide to the right while viewing the different pages. Put your finger on the right and slide left to close the menu (or hit the back button if open).
Recent News: We have started development on a multiplatform version, it is still in early alpha and will take some time to mature. However, when it is complete we expect to be releasing it to at least the 3 major platforms.

Posted Jan 25, 2013We are almost done with a server stats monitor (ie. ram, cpu, hdd usage / statistics). It should be released with one of the next updates. Also we are considering a free version.

We cannot do that, the app is only sold through the Google Play store. It may be inconvenient, but that is the policy. You can look here: Accepted Payment Methods to see Google's supported payment methods.

That is a good idea, but it would still require a lot of working around. We are looking at Cordova for a plausible alternative. It is especially difficult because we are using Android specific method calls.

Not as of the moment, we expect there to be once MCAdmin V2 comes out. The current application was written in Java, which limits us to Android, however we are working on a universal implementation of the code which will then be used for all of the major platforms.

We are working on one, however it's in its very early stages. It will take some time until it is at a point where it can be released. However, it (MCAdmin V2) will have a far smoother user-interface with better aesthetics.

I would like to port it to other platforms. However, I don't own an iPhone nor do any of us. I am considering running something in a VM to start basic development.

Posted Dec 12, 2012Come on guy's! This is a great, very fast and easy app/plugin to use. Yes it does cost a little bit of money for the app but if you were the developer of it, you would want some sort of income. Jeez. (only cost me 2 pound. That's all
Mars Enterprises (App Developers) and arcen1k (Plugin developer/Manager, Author) did a great job with this. Such a clean and fast app to access my servers. Has 5 different tabs, first tab is server stuff such as enable nether, whitelist, animals, pvp, MOTD and Difficulty level + more Next is the Players list (currently online) Then commands such as op, deop BAN IP say (console broadcast),stop start and restart the server ALL AT A PUSH OF A BUTTON) + more Then there is your plugins list which give you the ability to disable them or enable them. Finally your Servers map.
Once again, Great job!

Not sure how this app directly causes people to make money. I find that completely false.
