timemanager.admin: Provide or deny access to /tm subcommands with all arguments.
timemanager.hud.toggle: Toggle the personal ActionBar HUD via /tm hud.
timemanager.now: Provide or deny access to /now subcommands with or without arguments.
timemanager.now-item.use: Allow to right-clickwith the pocket-watch (/now item).
timemanager.placeholders: Defines whether a player is allowed to use the different placeholders in the chat.
timemanager.signs.create: Allow to create [tm] refreshing signs.
