MagicItem
MagicItem is a plugin that allows users to make other players invisible to reduce lag on a client by the use of a special "Magic Item". This is especially useful for hub servers to reduce FPS related lag from an abundance of users. (Overload of a graphics processor)
Features:
- Make admins permanently visible.
- Whitelist worlds that MagicItem can be used in.
- Configurable magic item. (Type, name, lore)
- Player invisibility preference saving.
- Configurable messages.
Commands:
- /magicitem - Toggles the invisibility of other players. (Clicking with the MagicItem in your hand will also execute this command)
Permissions:
- magicitem.use - Allows the player to turn on invisibility.
- magicitem.visible - Makes the player always stay visible.

You need to do separate worlds, but you should probably do that anyways, since many plugins work like that.

What? That's up to you. This plugin just uses the item, but you need to give it to the player.

Posted Sep 8, 2013Awesome! Going to put this on my server. Would it be possible to make it so that when they join mini games (Mobarena, spleef) that this would auto turn off? Or do I just need to make a separate world that it doesn't work in.
